Good facility and wonderful customer service!!! Michelle, the manager is awesome, she makes you feel like a good friend… Always a beautiful smile, warm hello and kind words. Moving is stressful enough but, If you’re looking for a storage unit I would highly recommend this facility!!!

San Leandro, CA
I had to quickly move out of my 2 bedroom over the summer and I rented a space from Michele at this location. I got all of my stuff in at the last minute before closing and would you believe I could y start my car? Left the trunk open and it killed my battery. Not only did Michele supply the jumper cables but allowed me the time to get the car started.
Most recently, my car was broken into in oakland and my wallet was stolen. I’ll be late paying my storage. I was warmly comforted when Michele told me «Don’t worry Ms. Turner. I’ll push the date out to give you some cushion.» One less thing for me to worry about this week. You can’t buy customer service of this magnitude these days. I recommend these folks for storage needs. Thank you!

Respectful, polite and understanding. Things you want to see and hear, when you come to a place looking to store your storage. Many times I have run into employees that are busy on the phone, rude, or just not listening to you when you’re talking to them or trying to explain. And the few public storage employees that I’ve come across have been extremely helpful and that’s why I’ve got to give Erin a five star rating because she is just person… If you’re renting at this location I would try to get her as my manager…
