I recommend to have an appointment prior to getting your blood drawn to avoid frustrations. I learned my lesson when I did a walk-in and I just ended up leaving due to so many people waiting. From then on, I always make an appointment online. It saves time, really. Lots of time. Quick, courteous and professional service. Small waiting area but it’s ok. Just keep in mind, appointments recommended.

Arrived 11:51 am. Was asked by the lady at the desk did I have an appt? Since when did Quest diagnostics have appt? So I have sign in to another log. Its been over an hour. and they still havent called me for my paperwork. Now there is only one person doing labs. The lady at the desk calls a name then hides in the back for 15min eating and drinking snacks. The place is standing room only. People who have appt are complaing they are more than 20 min late. Its now 1:11. What is taking so long. Get more staff. Im getting an appt next time

Just to get the result of 2 tests done a week ago, this place has so many song and dance. This place sucks.

Didn’t wait long to get blood drawn. But I got lucky because 5 – 6 people rushed in after I entered this place. So always make sure to go in the morning and call first to see how long the wait will be.
