I like being greeted with a smile when I spend my money with you. I also need a line of communication by phone most of the time(a lot of voicemail rolling). Companies are running too lean and service suffer. A warm, sincere and attentive attitude is customer service 101. As a long time customer, I don’t believe I’ve seen this all the time. I’m pretty big on customer service.

The two girls in acted like brats, were flirting with a customer shamelessly, practically throwing themselves at him and talking dirty with him and ignored all the other customers who came in. Don’t waste your time going here.

My gift of dishes arrived with half of them broken! I packed them in dish foam protectors; bubble wrap; newspaper and paper shavings. For extra UPS put my box in a larger box with popcorn. I Had To Ask for«fragile» stickers And the UPS lady just thumped the package to the floor and pushed it forward in jerks to a pick up point. My daughter was so disappointed As Am I. Be warned.

Melinda, the manager, goes through the motions, but doesn’t seem to care about service. I’ll be going to American Canyon UPS from now on. Vallejo makes too many mistakes.
