This is a beautiful Indian casino. They did a great job on their pool area with the lazy river and the bars. I love this property and everyone is friendly.

Great room and pool. Unfortunately, we were confined to our room. The smoke at the casino, sports bar, pool and dinner restaurant was just too much. It’s been years since we been in smoke filled place and after only a few hours our eyes watering and headache was too much to handle. This am we got up early to swim and we’re surrounded by two chain smokers and cigar smoker. We quit and left. Hopefully, at some point in the future they get with the times and go smoke free.

Save the drive and money and RUN to a Vegas! Or better yet, go buy some Lotto tickets and pick out some numbers, you’ll have a better chance at winning! That is what it will cost you to just come here to try and enjoy yourself. The ambiance is nice, the slots TOOTIGHT and the pool area is nice. Customer service is horrible. The line to get your card takes way too long. Either they need a new system or they are just slow. They give free play but take that too, along with your money. But you can eat… I’ll wine and dine at a nice restaurant when I want to eat and to gamble and not ALWAYS lose, I will go to any of the hundreds of casinos out here and have a good time, maybe even win! Amazing, I have never heard anyone scream or yell for winning on the slots… and their point system doesn’t work well either. If you lose enough, you can get up to their Diamond Club, by then you could of bought some real diamonds! Delete me off your mailing list… I have donated enough money! When your Promotional Night is empty, that should tell you something! Crickets, Crickets???

The poker room was being run rather poorly this morning. Supervisor decided to lock up several seats for players who had called in ahead of time as opposed to the people present. This made for the table playing shorthanded for over 30 minutes while other patrons waited for people not present. Maybe they are intimidated to tell their regulars they don’t have a seat, but it appeared to leave more than just a sour taste for the people waiting on ghosts as well as the other players forced to play shorthanded with a board of interested players. Something something about 1 in the hand vs. 2 in the bush

I know casino’s are a dime a dozen but usually if you have special needs they are accommodating. I recently had surgery removing 80% of my stomach. .the buffet refused me entrance with my family unless I paid 35 $ just to sit with them! I have a card from my doctor stating I can only eat one ounce of food at a time, but no matter. I am not allowed in with my family! I am disgusted at how I was treated.

A very nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The pool great, music playing on Sunday. Rooms are newly remodeled and nicely decorated. Only issues were the bar at the pool overcharged for the drinks(they did fix it once I said something), the sheets on my bed were torn and the hotel is currently undergoing more room renovations so you can expect noise any time after 6am Monday thru Friday. They failed mention this at check in.

Not enough parking for any significant event. Saw incubus. We were late due to one lane traffic. They directed us to a secondary lot on the OTHER side of the casino. It wasn’t just on the other side… It was like the next property over… My chic was on high heels and cried 5 minutes into the 1 mile walk. Seriously … They had no shuttles! Read the other reviews on the event center. Theres another Unilocal for it that will describe exactly what dozens of us paying patrons endured.

It is so pitiful this place might as well use the trash can to toss your money away or give it ALL to a homeless person before you arrive. Never saw anyone win NOTHING and would never go back another waste of time.

I actually really dig this venue! Despite the fact that you are sitting in bleacher seating, the venue is very small, and every single seat affords you a great view! You could get yourself a great seat, and not actually have to spend the entire concert on your feet, which for some groups, I really appreciate. I’ve seen 3 concerts here, and have sat in different locations for all of them. Each time I’ve been able to hear just fine without it being too loud, and have gotten a great view of the stage. Entrance is quick and easy, and if you arrive early, you can nab yourself a good bleacher seat. I’ll definitely be coming back. 5 Stars.

Loved the venue! It was my first time to the venue and casino. We arrived early to play the slots and parked in the garage. Made the mistake of eating in the casino(the Asian place is NOT that great) and then mosey’d outside where booths were set up almost fair style. I was bummed that we already ate because they had much cheaper options — tacos, BBQ, hot dogs. I also got a funnel cake! The bar lines are short because there are so many and speaking of short lines, the port-a-pottis had no lines anytime I went and they had carpet in them. More like airport bathrooms than actual port-a-pottis which really do make a difference; cleaner, less smelly. We had GA seats on the bleachers, which was an awesome view because the venue is so small. Really don’t spend extra money on seats, unless you’re prone to bleacher butt, because GA gets you the best seats. It wasn’t a crowded concert, so we had plenty of room. It’s a cool stage against the mountains and it was easy to get out of the parking lot, no backups or anything. I liked that there was entry to a bar and the bathrooms from both sides of the venue. I like that every seat is a good one. The only thing I didn’t like was the drive there. It’s a little over an hour from San Diego, which is fine, but the winding road was not my favorite, especially at night. It’s not worth it to speed around, like the person behind us tried to do. Be careful when driving(off soapbox now)! Great, great venue — hope to make it back to see Weezer in the fall!

WOW I can’t believe these reviews for Incubus! I am so lucky I had the best experience ever! We live in LA so decided to make a day out of the concert. We got to Harrahs around 5pm and had no problem finding parking in their parking garage. We gambled until 8:30pm and then walked over to the show. I loved the venue. I loved that it was small and intimate. Incubus is my favorite band and I was so happy to be in a small area with them. Although we had great seats(about 20 rows back) once they came on, everyone rushed to the front of the stage. We followed suit and parked ourselves in the 2nd row and stayed there the whole show! I wondered why the place seemed a little empty but now I see it was from the awful parking situation… I’m sorry that happened! I would be so mad! The show was amazing. I have seen Incubus 9 times now and they played an amazing set list. I got some goodies from every album. It was freaking awesome!!! After reading the reviews, I would not see another concert here. The fact that cars get broken into all the time is not ok and the lack of knowledge from staff and ample parking is unacceptable. I feel very lucky to have the experience I did. In regards to the casino, slots are tight as shit and the floor guys at the poker tables really want to make sure you don’t walk away winning even a dime. Vegas all the way baby.

Excellent outdoor venue! It was small enough that all the seats were great, but it was big enough for great sound and energy. I saw Incubus and was able to belt out all the songs and not ruin it for those around me. I liked that they had a full bar available as well as servers walking around with trays of Budweiser, and some other junky beer… ‘Probably helps to keep the drink lines fairly short. The port-a-potties were spectacularly clean. I know, it’s totally oxymoronic, and it’s still blowing my mind. Cigarette and other smokers lit up in the seating areas, so that must be nice for them. We hung out at the poolside bar before and after the show. The show started exactly on time and, apparently, there was a ton of traffic leaving after the show, but we managed to miss it completely.

Darn you awesome performers for having concerts at the casinos! Well it was worth it. I was finally able to check out their venue in Valley Center. They always have the venue set up during the summer and the line up is always great. I was able to see Miranda Lambert last Saturday. My first country concert! She is amazing live. Ended up seated at the general admission which is the left or right side bleachers. Still awesome seats. I think any seat is fine since it is a small venue. It’s just unfortunate if you want to sit down but people are dancing on the bleachers. It’s cool if everyone is standing, just don’t stand on top of your seat to dance. Saw a girl get kicked out for that plus her friend was wasted. The security had to get into the row in front of us so that’s just distracting when I wanted to enjoy the concert. Easy access to drinks also. The pinks hot dog was set up as well which was convenient. I wish I knew instead of being distracted by slot machines while searching for a quick bite to eat in the casino before the concert.

This is a sweet little venue, and I mean little! So small and cozy any seat is a good one. The sound is great, and they have 2 large screens on either side of the stage to see the performers. No crowds of people shoving and pushing to get out. Now if it only wasn’t so darn far from my house! But it actually was a nice little escape away from home. I’d like to come back again soon.

We went to the Open Sky Theater on Saturday night for the Ray LaMontagne/David Gray show, and I have to admit that I was hesitant. I did some research, and the review below mine was one of the the only reviews I could find on the venue, but I am a huge Ray fan, and somehow managed to talk the boyfriend into coming with me to the mystery venue in the middle of nowhere(we live in San Diego, so it was about an hour and a half drive for us). The Open Sky Theater turned out to be a great music venue! Not too big, not too small. I would guess it housed roughly 3,000 people. The general admission tickets that I bought got us into the bleacher section, which I was also nervous about before seeing the place, but once there, I realized that there really wasn’t a terrible seat in the house. We lucked out on perfect weather, and got to enjoy the show in 75 degree clear air with a fantastic view of the stars that we so rarely get to see in SD. The sound was great, staff friendly, and they have the nicest porta potties that I’ve ever seen(random, I know, but important nonetheless)! Lines were kindof slow for beer, but I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a show where they weren’t. We left after the show, so I can’t speak for the hotel and/or casino, but I would definitely come back to the Open Sky Theater(assuming it’s a band worth driving an hour and a half for).
