Horrible Customer Service! My family and I had moved out of state in January and called and requested that our account be turned off. We had sold our home and had no plans of returning. In March I received a bill for the month of February? I called an notified them that this account was to be closed. The lady responded with I don’t have any record of that and stated that I would still need to pay. She assured me at that point the account was closed and someone was headed out to shut down the water. It’s April now and I receive yet again another bill for the Month of March!!! How difficult is it to turn off an account!!! I know there is no other options but come on! if your going to be the only source in town do your job!
