Honestly way better than most sub places and there is actually meat on the sandwich unlike two slices and mostly bread and speaking of their bread it is delicious!!! They have great options and the service is quick.

The worst jimmy Johns in the st. louis area. Sandwich making is painfully slow. I saw them using a meat slicer to sharpen a plastic utensil when I called them on the fact that shards of plastic were flying all over my sandwich the girl got very rude. A week prior an employee was sitting at a table watching a video on a tablet with a loud volume of profanity and offensive language. I love jimmy Johns and it’s a shame the one so close is so horrible. I hope the new one in Gravois Bluffs is NOT the same owner.

I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches. Not a complex order but I did ask for one on French bread to be cut in half. It would appear this was to complicated for the five workers with no customers. I arrived home to find they were unable to count to 4 and shorted me the simplest sandwich of only meat, cheese and bread. I reached out to the store and had the pleasure of speaking to Dan who appears to be the«manager». He offer me little assistance and told me he could not refund me unless I returned all of the sandwiches. Thank you for you lack of customer service, sandwich making and overall ability to be a productive member of society

I come here a lot. It is convenient for me to stop by on my way home from work and bring home a quick dinner for the family. It is true, they are fast. One of the great things about Jimmy John’s in general is that their website nutrition facts is customize-able. When I am making the difficult decision to eat better and am counting calories, it is easy to add and subtract ingredients from their sandwiches and get the customized nutrition information. I like mayo, but there is a reason they have shelves full of gallon jugs in their kitchen. They lather up the bread pretty good with mayo and even if I’m not watching my calories, it is kind of disgusting. I was shocked to see how much the fat and calorie count go down when you eliminate the mayo. Another thing to save some calories and fat, delete the cheese. You can barely taste it and it isn’t worth the fat. One quirk I noticed about this location and I’m not sure if this is the same everywhere, but they don’t have a trash can by the soda machine. Where are you supposed to through away your straw wrapper? Geesh! Also, they need to stop hording the napkins and put them out in plain site for the common folk to use. Thank you.

I guess the meat must be where it’s at for all the JJ lovers out there. I get the veggie sandwich which sounds delicious on paper. Unfortunately, it has about as much flavor as… paper. And not the good paper that smells like gasoline either. How can something that has decent-looking bread, provolone cheese, guacamole spread, mayo and assorted veggies have zero flavor? Did Jimmy John sell the veggie sandwich’s soul to the devil in order to flavor up the meat sandwiches? I ask because people who love this place LOVE this place. And I don’t get it. Because I do not love this place. Because I like food with flavor.
