I went to get a pedicure and manicure this week. I believe the gal that did my nails was Tina. She did a fair job on my pedicure, got the deluxe. I was disappointed in the manicure, she only put my fingers in warm water and did not use any cuticle lotion. I only had her put a plain top coat. She did minimal work, just rushed me through this. I paid $ 45.00. I thought it was to much. Not sure I will go back. Will try other nail places to see.

I hate leaving a negative review and this is only for my most recent trip. This place is hit and miss, most of the girls are absolutely great, they do a great job on nails and pedicures. My reason for the one star this time is for Sonny the only male manicurist. I’ve never gotten him before, it took him twice as long as it has normally taken because he kept repeatedly taking cell phone calls during my manicure and pedicure. He is also very outspoken and says really inappropriate things and is very very rude. That normally wouldn’t bother me because I could put my earphones in and not listen but while doing my pedicure he was on his cell phone and he cut me, like to the point of bleeding all over the towel and leaving a trail of blood to the manicure station. I’ve never had that happen before and was super worried about infection, i opted to go with no polish and stop the pedicure. He did my manicure first or I would have skipped that too. My nail polish was sloppily applied and there were smudges under the tops of my nails and in my cuticles, I seriously could have done it better in the dark. When I went to pay he charged me full price even though I didn’t finish the pedicure and also made a rude comment about me not tipping him. So please don’t write this place off just avoid getting Sonny at all cost.

This was my first time EVER pedicure and i really enjoyed it very much. I had the pleasure of meeting LANA, and she is the sweetest, and great manicurist. I will defiantly go back, and ask for Lana, each time. recommend her highly. THANK YOU

Every time I come here I walk away disappointed. This was my last visit here! They do marginal work and my manicure lasts less than a week, this time is didn’t even last one day on artificial nails. They need to go back and learn some up to date tricks! Don’t waste your money. It’s worth it to drive somewhere else! Such a shame!

Went here once and haven’t gone back. The service was horrible… All the workers are watching tv or on there laptops the entire time. I went up to the counter to pay and the guy sitting there ignored me and just kept playing on the computer… I stood there for a good while staring at him until he decided to look up and take care of my payment. Also they are way to expensive for not doing much at all $ 25 for just the basics. No scrub or anything. Just not worth it. Lady who did my pedi was nice but that’s about it. I’d rather travel a bit farther for a better experience.

Love love love this place. They did an amazing job on my nails. Will go back. they had a flexible schedule, nice techs and clean and friendly environment.

Overall, it was ok. My mom & I went for pedicures. It was a Thursday around 2:45. We called first & they said there was no wait.
We get there 20 minutes later & all the chairs are full, plus a wait. While we were waiting, 2 people walked in and sat right down, no wait.
Did they have an appt? Maybe, but nobody told us anything.
We waited at least 1 hour.
I know its a NAIL salon, but open a door or a window. The smell in there was stronger than any other place I’ve ever been.
The guy that did my pedi was very friendly, pretty quick and good at his job. BUT at the end, he smudged my big toe nail… I can do that myself thank you. Of course he fixed it, but its still slightly visible.

Shop is clean, people nice, local, really liked it. I got dark purple metal flake with black tips, turned out really good! They did nice clean edges. This is the 3^rd shop I’ve been to in past month (I’m new to getting nails done) and this is the only one I’ll go back to & is closest too!

If you go, ask for Lana. She is so sweet and does a great job.
The salon is clean and very nicely decorated.

I recently treated my exchange student to pedicures at Elite. A friend comes here frequently but I had never been. Now I know about this little gem! I was so pleased with how my pedicure turned out & the people are great. Really funny & nice. They have big comfy pedicure chairs & give great massages with each pedicure & manicure. The best part is that a pedicure is $ 25 & with french or painted flowers an additional $ 5. Worth every penny! Also a very nice bonus is they take walk-​ins! Pay with cash & they give you a punch card for your visits.

My experience = 1 star. I had an appointment for 2 adults and my 8 year old niece. If this hadn’t been a present for my niece I would have walked out. 30 minutes AFTER my appt. time a woman walks in and is taken right away. I interrupt and mention we have been waiting. The woman says she has to take appts. first and I say I had a 1 o’clock appt. She points to the other workers and says I have to wait for them. Again, would have left if it wasn’t for my niece. When we finally are helped 45 minutes after my appt. time (my sister has already given up and left) the woman helping me is barely friendly. 1 hour later my polish still smears… I have never had this happen.
My niece’s experience = 4 stars. The man helping my niece is friendly and funny. He makes her laugh and feel comfortable. The woman helping me even puts flowers on her nails. She left happy which is the only reason that I am giving this place 2 stars.

I haven’t been to get a pedicure here for quite some time. They not only remembered my name, where I work and then went on to ask if everything was okay because I hadn’t been there for such a long time. They got to me within 15 minutes even though every single person was busy when I walked in. They did a wonderful job on my toes! For $ 65 dollars I got a 25 $ gift card, a salt scrub, a manicure and a pedicure with flowers. (not including tip) If you are in Valley Springs and need some TLC this is the place to be pampered!
