I don’t normally come to Valley Springs, but I was visiting a friend when my Asus Laptop decided to act up. My buddy recommended RJ Pro because all the locals get their computers fixed here so I thought «why not?»
The guy who fixed my computer as Steve and he was extremely helpful with getting my laptop to perform better. My browser and occasionally my Windows programs were having several minute load times per application. I was definitely not going to put up with that after driving 9 hours to NorCal. I’m just super thankful that there was a cool geek around who was not only able to remedy my issue, but explained how to keep a good routine maintenance on my laptop.
All in all, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend RJ-​Pro!
