I came here ⁴⁄₃₀ in search of a pair of shoes last minute. I wanted something affordable, sexy and now! I walked in and saw a pair I’ve been eye hustling online and immediately glided towards them. A sales associate by the name of Dianndra came over and assisted me. She was extremely helpful. Every shoe I chose my size happened to be out of stock. (Ugh could you imagine my frustration level.) She was determined to help me find something I was happy with. Now this young woman understands what exceptional customer service is about. I eventually found a shoe, a clutch and some in shoe jellies.
Whenever I come into this location is am greeted with a warm smile no matter what corner of the store the associates are in. Keep up the good work and I’ll continue to patronize this location!

This is a terrible shoe store, never going to this location again. The lady who was assisting me seemed annoyed, wish she kept her rude lazy attitude to herself.
When I requested shoes she tried to give me back the one I gave her I didn’t take it then she asked me where did I find the shoe, I don’t work here. I honestly don’t know seriously? Then when I’m purchasing one shoe she asked where is my other box frantically looking around like it’s gone or stolen. I said it’s over there and pointed she replied «where? Oh it’s on the floor» um yeah lady I put it BACK in the box neatly there’s no issue with where I left it. I was completely disgusted with this lady and for that reason I will not be coming back. Plus they try to sell used/dirty shoes. Why would anyone buy a dirty marked up shoe? Smh
