The place isn’t horrible, but it won’t be a go to for me. It’s a cheap and entertaining play date for the kids. The place is obviously not well maintained and cleaned. With kids come germs and that made me a bit squeamish. The«ball pit»(an inflatable pool with stuffed with balls) had balls that were filthy, crushed, and looked centuries old. The mats and jungle gym area looked dingy with dirt. Toys were all over and witnessed a few children trip over things not placed back. I only saw one staff member who maintained both the front desk and play area. He was sweet, but complained about the mess and ran around frantically pretty much not doing anything. If you want something to do on a rainy day with no where to go, you could give this place a shot. I am not sure I’m willing to risk a week long cold or hand, foot, and mouth disease because no one wants to wipe anything down.

Tthe kids love this place but as an adult I see some thing that could be improved. They have a good deal on Groupon and snacks are fair price. Bad things, Like parking, they only have park at street and when you ask for quarters to exchange the money, for the meters, they dont have either. There were just one person to do everything, receptionist, snack bar, give parents some assistance to the parents, she was overwhelmed. Also I missed some benches for the adults. And asked for the wifi, the lady didn’t know the password. Overall it’s a good place to take your kids, safe and fun. I would go back, and bring more friends, they do have a nice facility.

I drove past this place several times. But it never caught my eye. Until I saw a Groupon for it. I said let me try it. So this afternoon I took my 1 year old and we was ready. I love the fact that you have to ring a buzzer to get in so just anyone can’t walk in. The area where you take your shoes off and hang your jacket was a bit messy. The little maze with the slides was great and the little bounce house. It’s something great in the area to have fun with your child. They have a little café but that was dirty. No staff except at the front desk, looks like it would be good to have a birthday party for a 1st birthday.

The concept is a good idea. Sort of a similar version to Once Upon a Tree Top. It’s an open space for young children to run around and play. There are different stations for the children to play in: kitchen, grocery store, lego, small ball pit, ride in cars, slides, etc. I gave it a 2 stars because of how unkempt the place is. I think cleaning down some of the toys once in a while would be nice. My child was playing with the same doll that had black dirt covering the legs that were still there from a month ago bc the marks I left on it were still there. The kitchen dishes had gross stains on it. The floors are absolutely filthy. My child goes to a kid gym that gets lots of traffic and you never see the same amount of filth as this place. No shoes allowed in the play area but wearing white socks picks up every germ there is. Perhaps leaving cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer stations like nyc children museum would help. Also since some parents seem to think it’s ok to just drop their very young children there and sit back in the food area, makes it a unsafe place. I’ve seen other children hitting and grabbing things from other kids with no adult supervision. Ummm… I was also here for a birthday party. The whole thing is chaotic. I didn’t see one staff walking around to assist in the play area.

Very clean and large play area that is perfect for infant to preschooler set. My 5 year old enjoyed playing there for his friend birthday party. Tons of toys, stations, ball pit, slides, costumes, they did not want to leave. The pizza place they order from, I believe it’s called Ancona, right down the block is also very tasty. I am considering having my kid’s birthday there next year.

Valley Stream did not disappoint the community when they built this place. As a family of 5 we have been looking for a place to take our daughters. 1&3. This place caters to ages 0 – 6. With rock climbing wall, dress up station, chalkboard wall, café, baby area, bouncy house, slides. I could go on and on. And YES they have a changing table for the little ones. If your in the area and need something to do with the kids. This is the place to go.
