Great customer service, flexible and caring.

It was such a wonderful experience to get a new storage unit. The facility, first of all is super clean and kept up. The key pad with your own key number is a great feature. The people who work here are so nice a pleasant. My «stuff» have found a great new home.

Anita is amazing. So helpful. The units are clean and the temperature is well regulated. Great experience overal.

I came here and MAN OH MAN the service was fricking awesome. First time using a storage facility and I am extremely happy I chose Extra space. Anita and the crew are awesome. Such friendly staff. Definitely will be referring to any of my friends or family who are looking into using a storage facility!!!

This could be a really good and reputable business but they are scammers. You will see. I am a long term storage room holder and they keep raising their rates every 6 to 9 months. Really… every 6 to 9 months, what does that mean, you ask? Well, I have had my room for about 3 years and I have had 6 increases. Does your salary go up like that?
I wanted to change rooms and downsize. They told me because I was an existing customer I could not get the lower online rate. So much for good customer relations.
They have two prices, an online price for new customers only and a much higher price if you walk in or are an existing customer. I can say the place was relatively clean although I did see a dead water bug that stayed for about a week and that was the one I saw (how many did I not see.)
The reviews on their own site, of course are only great and glowing, so don’t beleive everything you read.
Overall, I want to like them. If you are storing short-​term, it’s fine… but watch out at the six month mark.

Very satisfied with this storage place, climate controlled, large facility which provides space for any one whether you need a little closet space for storing or a whole load of items. Good prices compared to others. I got my first month free and they a moving truck for free, there is a limitation on the mileage though.
