I used Rasco to upgrade my electric service to a 200 amp service. I initially went with them because they were located in the same town. They returned my call immediately, and gave me an amazing price. Then Rich and another worker showed up, on time, and did an AMAZING job. Really A+++ work. And being that I work for a utility, I kind of know of what I speak.
