Don’t bother coming here, unless you want to wait over 4 months to get your glasses done somewhat correctly. Terrible craftsmanship, couldn’t reorder the actual frame correctly, only one of the two lenses on my glasses were correct. The other wasn’t even close. Just awful. Have been arguing with these people for months. The only reason they’re still in business is because they don’t refund their products. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star.

Only one person was working in the store when I went in. He could not even be bothered to say hello I will be with you in a moment. Another employee walked in while there was a line and did not speak to any of the customers as well. There always seems to be an issue and hold up in this store.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. When I first came into the store it took 15 minutes for someone to even look up and say hello. I made sure I called ahead of time to make an appointment which didn’t make a difference because they took people ahead of me who came in after me and who didn’t have a appointment. After getting my exam they pointed to the wall and said«pick from here». Not one person helped me look for a frame or help me find a pair that looked nice. I felt like they could not be bothered and I was the only one in the store. Today I called to see if my glasses were in because they told me it would take 2 weeks or more. And my glasses have been sitting there for two days already and no phone call. When I came into the store it was me and another man picking up new glasses. The women In there were soo rude to me. The man ahead picked his glasses up and the have him a soft case and he asked for a hard case and she said«no problem» handed it to him and said have a nice day. So when I went to try my new glasses on, she was so rude didn’t want to fit them to me correctly. I wanted to make sure they fit perfect and she kept sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes. My glasses are still not right. I even said can I test them out to make sure I can«see». And and huffed n puffed and said«I guess if u need too». I couldn’t not believe it, she just was so nasty. Then I asked her for a hard case because she gave me a soft case and she wanted to charge me $ 4.99, after she just gave the man ahead of me a hard case for free. I will never go back there and will make sure none of my family or friends will go there either. STAYAWAY!!!

I purchased some glasses for my child at the location. I liked the work and the service so I came back to pick up 2 pairs of glasses for myself and contacts for my other child. We received service on 9⁄14. My daughter and I both had eye exams and I picked out my glasses and she was fitted for the contacts. I made a $ 378 deposit and was told to come back next weekend for the glasses. I come back 9⁄21 only to find a shell of a store. I told the clerks that I was there to pick up prescriptions for both my daughter and myself and was told they were closed. I asked for how long and I inquired as to why the customers were not notified as Sunday is my only day off and the store is far from my home. One of the clerks said my items were ready and she would drop them off to me at my work. They took my number and said they would make arrangements for drop off on Weds, 9⁄24. I didn’t receive a phone call and went back to the location to get my items on 9⁄28 and the location was completely boarded up in the mall. I went to the mall help desk and they said they were renovating and would be open the next week. I was there again 10⁄5 and they were still closed and the mall information kiosk had no information. I’m not sure why this seemingly reputable company that had been there for years has up and disappeared. I would like the items I paid for. This is outrageous. I would like either the glasses with our written out prescriptions, or my money refunded and my insurance claim reversed so I can procure eyeglasses/contacts elsewhere. I will be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau and any other measures I can find.

The overall customer service is horrible over here. It is already bad enough that the wait is extremely long for someone to help you and they don’t follow up. The workers there have attitudes especially the short young girl(A…ia is her name). She was rude and unprofessional by rolling her eyes, her tone and by dropping the magazine+ tray on the counter when showing Unilocaler. I told her that her attitude was bad and suggested taking my business elsewhere. Her colleague(old man) retorted«whatever, it is your money» This place also has a kiosk in the middle of the mall in front of Victoria Secrets. My advice is stay clear or proceed with caution.
