Technosduty did an amazing job with fixing my laptop! My laptop has been broken for 5+ months and I decided to give Technosduty a call. They were quick to respond to my request, and came in person my house at a time that worked for me. I work every day from 9am to 9pm, but they were able to work around my schedule to meet with me. When they figured out the problem, they let me know the procedure that they would take to fix my laptop. Within only a few days, my laptop was fixed! They returned my laptop to my house, and explained to me everything that was done. The price was very fair and reasonable. I will definitely contact them again if I have any problems in the future. Contact them if you want your computers fixed fast, conveniently, and at a reasonable price!

First time he came to my house to fix my computer he was great. Removed a virus and was really helpful. The second time was horrible. I had just gotten a brand new computer and I called him to set it up. The very next day, I called him about a problem I had with the installation… apparently he was at work, with his real job and totally blew me off… his exact words to me, were «look it up online and figure it out». After paying him 80.00 bucks for ½ an hour of work, I expected a simple answer. This same computer continued to have problems, could it be the faulty installation? Who knows, it was a brand new computer, out of the box and it’s been shipped back to the company. I had sent a few customers to Sam Infante, but now I’m warning others to not use him.

What a Super Find!!! Techsonduty saved our comp from a nasty money grubbing faux FBI virus. We had really important files we needed to get to which were all preserved in the process. After the fix, our computer works even more efficiently than before and even has brand new anti-​virus protection. Sam was professional, courteous, polite, and eager to help us solve our computer woes. I would definitely use this company again and refer them to all the local LI Unilocalers out there.
