Valley Stream Pediatrics

I’ve been bringing my children here since they were born. My oldest is 9 and my youngest is 3. Dr. Lashley and staff are well trained and very caring doctors. The staff at the front desk is also always friendly and accommodating to you needs. We love this practice as they are well informed about any ailment that my kids have and concerned about their overall well being. We will continue to use this practice for our kids needs.

I am so disappointed with the office. My children have been going here for years! The doctors are great but the Billing department SUCKS. They have this wireless check-​in process on a tablet called Phreesia and apparently nothing is communicating with all parties. I was hesitate to put my credit card information in this contraption.
it seems their billing company Allied has no problem charging your credit card for billing. (you have the option to make payment arrangements on this tablet) It was a decision I made to take care of an outstanding bill that my insurance would not cover.
So each month they’re charging my credit card for the «Payment arrangement» and to my surprise I get a COLLECTION notice for the same outstanding balance!!! WTF!!!
AND the collection notice was filed WELL after I made the payment arrangement! FRAUD!!!
I was so angry i cancelled all of my children’s future appointments. I am beyond PISSED!
