Renewal by Andersen

My husband prefers Anderson Windows because of the brick molding. He also wants the windows to match the existing ones. We have ordered a new set of windows every year (x5) since living in this house. This last window, was terrible. They need to get competant installers. I know it’s hard to get good help these days. But I spend thousands with you and am left with a window, ½ — 1″ of caulk, and then the siding. The window should touch the wood siding. The installer told me not to worry the caulk will last 25 years, no kidding. I bought a window, not caulk. They sent someone out twice who seems to be confused on how to fix the job, and the fact that it will require them to redo the wood siding. Yep, you need to redo the siding, to touch the window, like before. It is very sad to have this experience, as we have been loyal Anderson Window customers. UGH!

It has been about a year since we had Andersen Renewal windows installed. The windows perform as advertised with keeping the heat transfer down with direct sunlight. The house has been staying cooler this summer and the AC has been running less often. As for the winter, we experienced a much warmer house and a much more even temperature throughout the house. The furnace performance has improved. The installation crew that installed the windows was terrific! We had a two-​story bay window that required it to be resided at the time the windows were installed. The installation and trim work inside and out looks great. Their attention to detail was impressive. The house actually looks better now than when we first moved in, and it was brand new at the time! Purchasing from Andersen Renewal was a very good decision for us! The cost may have seemed a little high, but you get what you pay for. Excellent quality! Excellent Installation!
