Ordered chicken ranch sub no onions from Eat24. Picture showed chopped chicken lettuce and tomato on a sub roll. I got a philly cheese with chicken with onions and mushrooms. Tried to get what I ordered but they refused to redeliver. Edit: I found out Eat24 put their own picture up and the restaurant does not offer it, so I am editing my review. Everything else we ordered was correct and tasted good.

I just ordered a pizza and two package of chicken wings. I ask specifically no sauce well done bbq sauce on the side. The food arrive and they send me 2 package of hut wings bbq on the side. I paid $ 40 plus $ 5 tip and they brought me a wrong order. I don’t eat spicy food so I call the place and try to explain the guy who answer the phone about the order and he gave me such a nasty attitude. He didn’t let me speak and then he hang up on me. Shocked I called again and ask to speak to a manger since this guy didn’t let me even explain and he answer again and he said that he is the manger didn’t even offer to help. He was so rude and he’s argue with me about what I order… oh my god I’m your customer. Is this is how you handle customer? no thank you. I will not order again. It’s a shame for the wings they look good but I don’t eat spicy.

I appreciate that Ameci doesn’t claim to be something it’s not. It is fairly decent pizza, thinner crust but not over cooked and crumbly, it’s foldable and enjoyable. There’s a slight lack of home made quality to it. For some that can be comforting because it’s pretty much the same way every time, you know what to expect. If you’ve got a big group over it’s a decent crowd pleaser, relatable and shoulder shrugging good. It’s unfortunately not a NY pizza by any means, but it’s defacto pizza and you can’t argue with that.

Best pizza in town. The jumbo pizza is $ 15.99 and a bargain. Clean restaurant and friendly environment.

Had this pizza with some friends and it was delicious. Tried ordering it ourselves and the pizza came cold and two hours later.(It’s the kind of pizza that tastes bad when cold or reheated.)

This is our first time here. The service was great! The food was Delicious! We tried the Italian Cold Cut sandwich and pizza. Wow! The Antipasto was very fresh and tasty! We will be coming back for sure!

Awesome people, awesome pizza, moreover, the friendly cashier let my daughters use the remote to watch cartoons on their television. I read a complaint about scraping chairs? I believe it’s adult etiquette to uh. Idk, pick up your chair a bit. Are you in kindergarten? If not, Do you have tennis balls on your chairs at home?

I am so confused by this particular locations customer service. My husband has been throwing up all night and day, and so has 3 other employees he works with. They all had mushroom and bell pepper pizza from ameci’s that day at work. I called the next day to let the manager know that something must be wrong with the veggies. He had the nerve to tell me that he picks the vegetables fresh daily and that he hopes it’s not the mushrooms because he just had some earlier. I’m sorry but really, you pick ur veggies daily. Never heard such bullshit in my life. Another girl called and he said he doesn’t have time for her problems. Just be careful ordering from this location. Their fresh picked veggies aren’t so fresh.

Woke up today, and hungry. Decided on a pizza. Me and my girlfriend normally will split a large. So being new to the area we decided to order Ameci pizza. Ordered 1 large pizza, and it cost me $ 24.11. Is this even legal? I think it cost me more then pure gold. We are not cheap and really don’t mind over paying as long as it is satisfying. Too bad this was anything but satisfying. I ordered a large, half jalapeño and pineapple, and half pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. The pizza looked hungry. It had very minimal toppings on it. There was one slice on the meat side that was only half covered. And another slice was cut with half meat, and half of the jalapeño pineapple. Like really? We got it split for a reason. I have attached a photo for u guys to see. The only plus side to this experience was that we received the pizza in about 40 minutes. Luckily we have 2 Ameci locations close by and they both deliver to my place. Next time I will try the other location and hopefully they will fulfill the same experience I had growing up in ameci pizza.

So I’ve been wanting to give this place a try for sometime now. I am born and raised in NYC, so I know good pizza and good service for that matter. I called and their location is 2.3 miles from my home. I had a coupon for $ 15.99 for a 16 in pizza with three toppings and I ordered a large Caesar salad for 8.99. I was told that the delivery time would be around 40 minutes. After 1 hour, I called to inquire about my order and I was informed that the delivery guy was on his way. My order finally came over 1 hr and 15 minutes later– this is very unacceptable! I noticed I was charged a delivery fee of 2.50, but was never informed of this fee. I called to inquire and was informed that this fee is advertised on their menu. I told the guy on the phone that I had two menus in front of me and I did not see this fee listed. He told me that I did not have the right menu– bullshit! This fee is not listed on their menus– the ones that they give to customers to order takeout. My family and I finally sit down to have pizza and guess what? It’s cold… Good, but cold. This was so disappointing. The salad was watery and soggy. The Caesar salad dressing was watered down, and the romaine lettuce and croutons were soggy– disgusting. I’m sorry, but I will never order from here again. I wanted to give them an opportunity, but between the delivery wait time, hidden fees, cold pizza and soggy salad, they lost my business forever. Ps– even the delivery guy was apologizing and told me that they were swamped and busy with orders… I should have stuck with Dominos…

I was craving some down-&-dirty Italian & felt too lazy to cook, so I ran in for the lasagna special. There was nothing wrong with it at all. It was fine. Nothing to sing about, though. The young man working there was very sweet & listened to me talk about my homesickness the entire time I waited for my food, which was going above & beyond the call of duty. The only problem I had was with the soda foundation. It dispensed soda that tasted as if the machine were in need of a cleaning, a little dusty.

What a restaurant nightmare! Food was bland, flavorless looks like the opened a can and dumped it in a foil plate, i ordered the Alfredo chicken, meat ball angel pasta and basil pasta all sucked! None of us liked it! We also got desserts tiramisu completely frozen from a grocery box and no flavor, cannoli is a joke, can’t believe i gave this place 2nd chance feel even more disappointed than the last time! My oder was for delivery and it took them over an hour to shoe up for this! Can’t believe i even gave them a good tip before on the eat24 app, eat24 should remove doing service with this place. I can’t believe they have an A rating too. Basically i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had really had high hopes for Ameci’s due to having had their pizza on several occasions through a job that used to order from them all the time. I hadn’t had anything else from them besides their pizza until today. I ordered a cheese pizza, fries, pastrami sandwich, Caesar salad and they threw in a cannoli for free. The pizza was tasty, simple but flavorful and cooked to perfection. The fries were over cooked, hard, and only a cup full of ones on top were good. The fries at the bottom of the package were not edible. The pastrami sub was a major disappointment. Mainly mustard and bread; the amount of actual pastrami was next to none. Finally the salad… How do you mess up a ceasar salad? Store bought Parmesan, cheap a** croutons and ridiculously over priced. I paid over $ 33 for food from them. The one stars is for the pizza and the«free» cannoli(which was my first and last time to try). I won’t be buying anything else from Ameci’s other than pizza from here on out.

Can someone(preferably the owners) please explain how in gods name you justify charging $ 14 and calling this(see pics uploaded) a medium sized pizza? This is practically a personal pan pizza and on top of that the crust is insanely thin which we didn’t request. And ONE piece of pepperoni on that slice???

Great pizza always, quick delivery and the delivery guys are always so nice. I used to live next door to the Ameci’s on Woodman and loved it. Glad they have a brother restaurant close to my new place! :)

So yesterday I paid $ 25 to have diarrhea. Ordered delivery through Eat24. I ordered a cannoli, a Dr. Pepper, and a BBQ chicken pizza. Pretty much everything was disgusting. The cannoli was cardboard with store bought frosting in it. It is laughable that they called it a cannoli, I would bet all my money there is not one ounce of ricotta in it. The Dr. Pepper had some bad ice in it or something, there was a horrible taste to it. I don’t even know how you can screw up putting soda in a cup. The pizza was missing cilantro, not a leaf in sight. I was disappointed of course but it got much worse. I was sick all night, my stomach in knots and making horrible noises. I will never eat there again and I advise anyone who appreciates edible food to stay away.

Ordered take out and was pretty disappointed. The ingredients on the pizza did not seem or taste fresh. It seems to me that when you order a pizza with eggplant, the eggplant should be more fresh. It taste and looks like it was brought out of a freezer and thrown onto the pizza. Not sure if it’s asking for too much, but it definitely would taste a lot better and be more appealing if it was breaded and deep fried fresh, prior to being thrown on the pizza. The appetizer platter had everything thrown in the same container… and the wing sauce got onto all the other items. These items too, did not taste too fresh. It seems like they were pulled out of a freezer and dropped in a deep fryer. Overall bad experience with the food. Ownership should consider paying more attention to the smaller details because they are always noticed. Will not return.

First pizza place I tried went I move to the valley 12 – 13 years ago. They always friendly and very polite. Yes the prices are higher than dominoes and Pizza Hut(if you can call that pizza) Pizza it’s always good, if it is not they fix it for you. Fresh cheese and toppings. And the chicken Parmesan is awesome as well
