Incompetent. Disorganized. Infuriating.
They do not keep their word. They can not follow instructions. They say one thing and do another. I would not trust these jokesters to deliver poison to my worst enemy. Avoid this horrible place.

I love this pharmacy because they deliver! Living in LA I never wanted to get out in traffic so them delivering made it easier on me. I don’t live in LA anymore but they still deliver anywhere within the U.S.
Lol, the only thing I find funny is, my insurance pays for all of my meds except $ 5. And boy will they bother and bother you until they collect those $ 5 little itty bitty dollars. But hey I guess every little penny counts.

premier pharmacy sucks at keeping promised delivery times. i am breast cancer stage 4 i go to bed early. i requested no later than 7 pm delivery. driver arrived at 9:24pm he was aware i wanted it by 7pm he stated he didnt leave until 6:30pm. instead of being considerate of my schedule he didnt bother to call at 6:30pm and say sorry i wont make it should we reschedule. but that takes a person who is considerate and educated. the moron who delivered my meds could barely form a sentence. calling city of hope in morning to switch pharmacy.
