Delivery — 5 stars I live about a mile away and the food was delivered hot in about 25 minutes. Each box was in its own box just in case of spills. Utensils, napkins, chili and soy sauce were provided. Noodle salad — 4 stars It’s called yoon… something, I forgot. It was tasty but only had 1 shrimp. Coconut chicken soup — 2 stars The coconut milk or cream that was used separated and floated on top of the broth. It tasted thin. It was more like tom yum with a bit of coconut, edible, but I wouldn’t order this again.

This place is wonderful. Best Thai food I’ve had In a long time. I don’t even like Thai tea, but it was free when you check in. So I tried it and it was delicious! If you love phở, try there tom noodle soup. It’s amazing! They have phở too but definitely try the tom noodle soup. Customer service was great too.

The food tasted great! Tom Kha soup was great and so was coconut rice. Very disappointed in Calamari Ka Prow however. When the dish arrived, the portion size was so so glaringly, laughably far from the picture On the menu I had to write my first Unilocal review in years. Seven minuscule pieces of baby calamari over a BED of vegetables. I posted a picture in photos. I was too hungry to complain.

I think this place ran out of chicken or it’s sponsored by PETA. Check the pics at the end for a glimpse of what they call orange«chicken»(don’t order it) Well it was my own fault for ordering orange chicken from a Thai restaurant but I saw the pics and was really hungry. It looked delicious but it should be called orange dough balls because there wasn’t a single piece of chicken in it. When I opened the box and saw perfect spheres I should have known before biting in because chicken doesn’t cut into perfect spheres. Each one split into just dough. I went through every piece because there is no way that EVERY piece has no chicken in it. Well, apparently Teya Thai found a way. I ordered the Teya fried rice which was supposed to have CHICKEN and chinese sausage. It had no chicken and thin slivers of the sausage. The spring rolls had that subpar salty veggie paste inside. All of that disappointment took an hour and twenty minutes to get to my house. It was lukewarm almost cold. I should’ve ordered a meat dish that keeps them honest and forces them to use meat. Even rat meat would’ve sufficed but nope. Anything breaded runs the risk of eating just dough. It wasn’t even crunchy. Just balls of bread dipped in a «tangerine» sauce. If you need a carbo load than order the orange«chicken» because there won’t be a single piece of protein in it.

The people there are always extremely friendly and clean. This is my second time and still the best spot for Thai food, other places don’t compare! :)

This is my new favorite Thai spot in the valley. I got drunken noodles and chicken dumplings. Both were absolutely fantastic. I ordered through grub hub and the driver showed up 15 min faster than expected. I will 100% be ordering from here from now on.

I love Thai food so I order from several different Thai restaurants. This place through Grubhub had zero delivery charge and very low minimum. I think it now says zero minimum. My Spicy steak salad came EXACTLY per my specifications and is by far the best I have had so far. On top of that, the packaging of their delivery order was perfect. Inside the bag it came in, the container was wrapped so when I opened the package not one drop fell on my desk. I eat at my desk so this was a really pleasant surprise. I think I will be ordering from here exclusively from now on. Price is right too.

I ordered the green curry and the drunken noodle for delivery today. The drunken noodle was just fine, a nice spice actually, perfect amount of spicy. Chicken in it nothing to write home about. The Green Curry. Oh boy. In all the 5 asian countries(including Thailand) I’ve been to, all the LA thai restaurants, London, Sydney… I have never had green curry this terrible. I had to throw it away. And I was really hungry so that took a lot. It is literally watery, looks like watered down soup. But even more, it tastes like someone dumped sugar in it!!! I rarely if ever write Unilocal reviews let alone negative ones. This was worth warning people about. Wow — bad. Delivery was not fast and it was $ 20 for two dishes. Not ordering from here again.

Ordered delivery through the Unilocal ap. Delivery was quick and driver was pleasant. Even retrieved the kitten when it made an escape. Veg egg rolls were good — not oily. Also ordered the beef pad se eww and the chicken Hawaiian rice. Really loved the rice but by the time(next day) we went to eat the noodles they had pretty much soaked up any soy sauce used in the dish and were black. Tasted ok, didn’t look as appealing. I would definintley order again.

This very small spot is worth tasting, a thousand times over. The restaurant suits itself better for take-out, which is so unfortunate. This is not saying that the ambiance inside is unwelcoming, but simply small. That being said I still have only ordered to go once… The menu demands a multi-course sit-down with friends over many plates… explore the widest range of flavor, which is what is so incredible about their food. Every dish is full of distinct flavor and never lacking that«mmmm».

This is a small joint, but don’t let that you off. They serve awesome food, and have very friendly staff. Our all-vegetarian order came quickly, and was the right spice ordered. The salad was complimentary and was a nice touch to start the meal. I’ll surely visit again, good guys, good food.

So good! I got chicken pad Thai, my boyfriend got garlic pepper beef, & my friends tried various other menu items – all were extremely tasty. The Thai tea is fabulous! We will be back!

El lugar es pequeño pero el ambiente es adecuado, no tienes que lidiar con el ruido de otros lugares. Precios totalmente accesibles y la comida es realmente buena… Coconut rice, pad Thai … Totalmente recomendable.

This is my favourite place. I’ve been eating here for a year. Staff here was so friendly. I love their drunkend noodle with chicken. Normally i go with mild. medium spicy is kind of spicy for me. Tonight i try the seafood salad. This is lime dressing and a bit spicy which is just right for me. I’ll be back for sure. love this place.

2015 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 026⁄100 Came here for the first time with my roommate. It was one of the Thai places open later on a Sunday night, so we came here. We got here around 8:30pm on a Sunday night. There were two sketchy guys loitering in the parking lot, which made me a little freaked out. The plaza is small and run down. Luckily I got the closest parking spot to Teya Thai so I felt relatively safe that way. This place is super tiny. I think they probably have 5 tables at most. The counter area took up a lot of the room. My roommate and I were seated at one of the booths towards the back. I had mixed feelings about our waitress. I saw on the Unilocal app that you get a free Thai iced tea with Unilocal check-in. As soon as I asked the girl about it, she seemed like mad or something that I was getting something for free, like she didn’t want me to. Um, it’s on your Unilocal page, clearly you should be ok with it. She was just kinda weird about it and it turned me off. Then she looked like she got annoyed with my roommate because she had to log into her Unilocal app to show the check-in and it took awhile. The Thai tea, although decent, came in very small cups. If I were extremely thirsty I would probably finish the entire thing in a few sips… but hey, it was free. We ordered a large bowl of tom kha soup as an appetizer, which ended up being MUCH larger than we were expecting. If we ever come back, we’re definitely getting a small next time because we both got full of the soup and barely had any room for our entrees. The soup was pretty decent. Not the best tom kha I’ve ever had, but my roommate loved it. I would have preferred for it to have tofu instead of chicken, but I don’t think that was an option on the menu. The soup was very flavorful, but the broth was a little on the thinner/lighter side. For entrees we both got pad see ew — mine with beef, roomie’s with chicken. It was pretty good and very filling, and I was able to get two lunches out of mine since I took it home for leftovers. Also not the BEST pad see ew I’ve ever had, but pretty decent. The girl helping us got nicer as the evening went on, but I was still a little turned off by my first impressions. The food was pretty cheap and I think all of our food for 2 people was under $ 30. Overall, decent food, I just wasn’t blown away by anything.

Headed to try this place since the one closed to my house closed. It became my new favorite thai spot near studio city so far. I came here for a lunch special. Ordering prik king chicken and yellow curry chicken, I really love both of them. The curry is good, but the prik king is the bomb. Best I’ve ever had. Very nice staffs and reasonable price. I definitely come back with my friends next time. TIPs! Free small cup of thai tea, if you check in here !! Yay!

Very fresh, yummy and generous portions at a good price! I ordered tom yum soup medium and fresh spring rolls for delivery and it did take the full hour to arrive at my house. The tom yum was one of the better ones I’ve had and I like the mix of chicken and meatballs. Careful of the spice level — I love spice but the medium was ALMOST too hot for me… almost :) Fresh rolls were huge and definitely fresh! I loved both sauces they came with and likes the shrimp and chicken inside. Healthy, filling and super tasty! I highly recommend Teya!!!

Yuuuuu-uuum!!! Teya is my new thai favorite. I’ve said that before, but this is it for me whenever I order in from now on. I ordered last night for the 5th or 6th time and tried some new dishes. They were outstanding, orgasmic even! I’ve never used that word in a review and it is well earned. Try the Hawaiian fried rice, it is incredible. It’s made with dry yellow curry, egg, pineapple, cashews, raisins, scallions and protein of choice. I prefer it with brown rice for that extra sweetness and nutty flavor. I should have ordered two for my family. We were woofing it down pretty seriously. The spicy eggplant is absolutely amazing and beautiful to look at as well. The Prik King(spicy green beans) is the best of any Thai places I’ve tried. Their peanut sauce is better than most, it’s light and fresh with a snap to it. Even their simple fried tofu appetizer is great. The tofu is really fresh and soft inside. I’ve had their coconut soup, chili and basil leaves and pad se eew, all were outstanding. I ate the leftovers for breakfast this morning. I couldn’t wait to get all up in there! Looking forward to a repeat order!
