Yes, there is a wait as with all Zaxby’s, but the food is cooked fresh and is superb! The salads are absolutely wonderful!

I stopped in this Zaxby’s on the way in from Gulf Shores headed back to Georgia. The next two days I was extremely sick. There’s no way to prove it’s from this Zaxby’s, but I had cereal for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch so more than likely Zaxby’s is the culprit. Because of my experience, I won’t be going back to ANY Zaxby’s.

Arrived at 8 PM Eastern Standard time on a Friday night.
Entered the restaurant and noted 8 people waiting on their order. Three vehicles in the drive through.
I stood at the counter and was not acknowledged for five minutes.
Took over fifteen minutes to get my order.
Rest room dirty– yep
Drink station dirty — yep
Tables and floors dirty yep
Food cold. Yep.
I noticed four of the people who placed to go orders came back because of issues.
Keep driving to another restaurant!

This has to be the worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. None of the tables had been cleared or cleaned. The floors had not been swept and the coke machine’s ice tray was so clogged that it was raining onto the floor, causing a huge flood that covered ¼ of the dining area. The bathrooms were cleaner than the main dining area.
