They have no guarantee on their repairs and terrible customer service, When I question why my phone doesn’t work 10 days after they«fixed» it, they acted as if I were trying to scam them, saying I could have dropped it or damaged it. Their take on it is if it worked when I left the store the only way it wouldn’t work again 10 days later is if I damaged it. They wouldn’t even look at it unless I paid them another $ 30, on top of the $ 106.99 I had already paid them to repair my screen. I ended up taking it somewhere else to have the screen replaced again, paying another $ 106.99. The new repair store said Cell Wide probably damaged the LCD connector, so it may be damaged permanently. The«manager» of Cell Wide finally said if we return the screen they installed she would give a partial refund. When we returned to the store 30 minutes later and complained about the poor service, she refused to honor the partial refund. The guy behind the counter, at one point, stood up aggressively and told me I should«come back there and fix it myself.»
