Jimmy Johns is bomb, BUT this service sucks. They are fast and can make a sandwich just snotty and not friendly at all.

I ordered a sub for delivery online. Freaky fast must mean slow and rude. I waited over fifty minutes for my delivery. I called them and cancelled my order. The person that answered the phone was great and polite. However, the delivery person was extremely rude. He buzzed me after three minutes of my cancellation. I told him that it was too late and I cancelled my order. He looked at me and said, «Are you kidding me?» That’s NOT customer service. Really, is he kidding me? It’s not like a pizza that takes time to bake! Fifty minutes is unreasonable especially when they advertise how fast they are. The fact that the guy got an attitude with me is ridiculous. He told me that they were busy. Not my problem. Never ordering from this location ever again. Go with Lincoln Way or Quiznos.
