Dr. Keenan and staff have provided me with the best medical services that I’ve ever received, no exaggeration! Dr. Keenan is very thorough — he takes the time to listen to exactly what the problem is, does a thorough examination (talking you through every step of what he is doing), and treats accordingly, providing all the details and answering any questions that you may have. I’ve never felt rushed during my appointments (as if I need to hurry so the next patient can get in), and I’ve always left feeling well informed of any issues and how they will be treated. The staff here is also great — they are always very pleasant, appointments are always punctual and made according to MY scheduling needs, and their follow-​through is amazing. I’ve received phone calls to ask how I’m doing, as well as to let me know that any prescription/​insurance concerns have been addressed even before I was made aware of any such issues from the pharmacy. I have been amazed and completely satisfied with the service and attention to detail that Dr. Keenan and staff have provided me since Day One, and would VERY highly recommend this office.
