If you ever need to have a beautiful dress (evening gown) altered, please, find a professional to meet those needs! This place does not care about their customer’s needs, especially for alterations to evening gowns. I brought a beautiful dress in to have it altered well over a month prior to picking it up, and when I came in for the second fitting there were various strings hanging from the dress, wrinkles all over the dress, and sequences falling from the fabric. Okay, I overlooked this because it was not the final «product», but honestly, why all the wrinkes? For those wrinkles were clearly not present before the lady worked on it.
To make matters worse, they charged me extra to press the dress, even though they were the ones who made all those horrid wrinkles while alterting it!!! In fact, the final price was never thouroughly discussed until the second fitting, and it would not have been brought up if it weren’t for me asking about it either. The prices were waaaay to high for something that wasn’t even professionally done. I could have gotten a better deal and better outcome by simply going somewhere else.
Laslty, the dress ended up losing a clip after only one hour of wearing it at the event!!! Horrible! I am only making this review to keep others aware of this in order to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I have no intentions of giving this company a bad reputation in spite of this occurance; however, this business clearly needs to improve its services. Next time, I am taking my dress to a more professional place.
