Purchased Starkey hearing aid from them. While the staff was very courteous they were very vague on answers to questions I had. After receiving my hearing aid about 6 months in I was notified that I was due for my checkup and cleaning. Only to learn that unlike my previous hearing aids made by Beltone this service is not free. The hearing aid is under powered as far as amplification compared to my Beltone also. When I mentioned this to them while still under warranty I was told there would be a charge of I believe it was $ 43.00. I will necer again use them or Starkey brand hearing aids.
