FRAUD!!! This guy charges you for work that was never done. How many paint fumes do you have to inhale to think it’s ok to charge someone over a thousand dollars to prep, sand, prime and paint when the walls and ceiling are still bare??? How many more paint fumes do you have to inhale to threaten a lawsiut to collect the money??? It’s bare dude. Bare drywall, bare wood.
