This liquor store is located right in Lincolnway which makes it accessible, they also have a nice selection and some knowledgable staff. My review is so low because the owner who I have come into contact with frequently there is very negative and rude to all customers. I realize that work can suck and sometimes you don’t want to be there but last time I went I had to listen about how graduation week resulted in «more out of towners» and«this is my hell»…I would think more business would be good! not to mention a sign by the register that says«the only thing more overrated than child birth is owning your own business.» The other associates I have encountered there are very helpful and friendly, but jeez I go out of my way to avoid this place if this guy is there(and he usually is). A lot of negativity, and if I can avoid that I will.

Good variety to choose from here. Prices are cheaper than other stores in town. Can get very busy, especially on the weekend. Worth a stop in. The guy who checked us out could not have been any less enthused about being there.

it’s dark. it’s dingy. it smells like last week’s spilled beer. BUT, this place has a great selection and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Went in looking for a particular gin that they no longer carried. The guy that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for. I left my name and number and they called me the next day to take my special order. Picked it up today!

Yah! I’m a fan. It’s a bit dingy, but that’s OK. Trail Inn is staffed by knowledgable people always willing to talk about the products. Very nice selection of microbrews — I really haven’t looked for anything else, but they have plenty of aisles of wine and liquor. Trail Inn makes my heart happpy when living in a town with little selection.

A little more expensive than«other» places in Valpo, but hey, it’s right near campus, they’ll help you load your kegs, and it’s not run by KKK members.
