They mess up orders all the time. Any time I’ve been here, they’ve gotten something wrong. Or things are missing.

This location messes up my order 9 out of 10 times. They always forget an item or make it incorrectly. How hard is it to put food in a bag?

Love their chili & frosty. Unfortunately they have decided to make their large cup of chili smaller at the same price. You lost stars for that, Wendy’s. Probably the last time I will order one since I’m not really into being ripped off. Frosty’ share still good & the size has remained the same. Do the right thing & make your large what it used to be or take a hit as people will continue to make it themselves at home.

I’m not sure what it is about this exact Wendy’s location, but every.single. time. I go through the drive through, they mess up my order. There have been times where they have completely forgotten food in our order. I asked for a large water, I get a small. I wanted a chicken sandwich with tomato instead of lettuce and I get lettuce. I asked for ranch and didn’t get any. I don’t think my orders are that complicated… I’m glad the other Wendy’s in town is just as close because their staff may be extremely rude, but at least I get what I ask and pay for.
