Stay far away from this company! Michael is completely unprofessional. It took double the time to receive our plans and they were not correct when we finally received them. When changes were needed to be made, and we tried to reach a price that worked into our budget for the changes, Michael became defensive, uncooperative and hostile. My husband and I have NEVER been spoken down to like we were with Michael. He made it sound like he was doing US a favor when we were the paying clients. He even INCREASED his original price for changes when I asked if we could make two payments. He told me I was devaluing his work and that I was ungrateful. Again, we paid for plans from him and paid him well and received a subpar product. Find another company if you value your time and money.
