Edible Arrangements

Ran in last week for a last minute Birthday arrangement. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and got my order ready from start to finish in 15 minutes! I don’t recommend waiting until the last minute but so appreciate they went the extra mile to accommodate my needs and time frame. A+++

I ordered an arrangement for my mom way back on Mother’s Day, which I understand is a high volume time, however after paying a very high delivery fee of about $ 15, that I assumed was because the deliveries were made in refrigerated trucks (at least that is what I was led to believe by the website), my mom told me the arrangement was delivered in someone’s regular car. Once I got over to see the arrangement, it had condensation running down the chocolate covered strawberries and the bottom of the box was soggy. I e-​mailed the store about this and they never returned it. Not good customer service.

Placed an order to be delivered on my parent’s anniversary. Received a missed call around 6pm with a voicemail telling me that the delivery driver had encountered a lot of traffic that day and was behind on his deliveries and that unless they were able to reach my parents by phone in the next 15 minutes to ensure they were home, they were not going to go by the house to attempt the delivery and would reschedule for the following day. Well, being their anniversary, you can imagine that they were on the phone most of the day, and so the driver couldn’t get ahold of them and so made no attempt at the delivery at all. (My father said he saw a missed call, but no message was left.)
I find it absolutely unsatisfactory that 1) not even an attempt at delivery was made, 2) that excessive traffic was the reason given (my parent live a whopping 2 miles from the store), and 3) that the person I spoke to on the phone told me that I’d have to speak with Kathy, but there was nothing she would do, because they don’t guarantee delivery times. Apparently they don’t even guarantee that they’ll make an attempt.
The finished product, although a day old at the time of delivery, looked like you’d expect. If you’re picking this up yourself or if your delivery is not for a specific occasion, this store will probably do an acceptable job.
If you’re ordering for delivery for a specific/​special occasion, then I would not trust this store with your time-​sensitive gift-​giving needs.

Went into the store and spoke with Kathy a «Jersey» mom with a WONDERFUL sense of humor. I went in there on a very strick budget and with Kathy’s help I was able to get everyone on my list (which might I add included an entire hotel front desk staff & a very special birthday lady! :~D) taken care of. Healthy, yet full of yummy goodness! Thank you Kathy and Edible Arrangements in Valrico FL! I will order from you again and again!

Had an arrangement that I bought online but the store was about to close. Steven delivered it that night~! Great customer service for my aunt and uncles anniversary gift. THANK YOU GUYS!
