I used Heavens Best today for the first time. I scheduled my appointment online and received a phone call back the next morning. I received a follow up call a few days before my appointment to confirm. They were on time for the appointment. Eric was so professional and the service was excellent. I would recommend this business to anyone needing carpet, tile, grout or furniture cleaning. I will have them back again. He moved some of my furniture. No other company would do that. I have used Heaven’s Best for two years now and Eric is fantastic!!! He’s quick with responding, scheduling and does a phenomenal job. I have 3 dogs & a 7 yr old daughter with light colored carpet. So they create quite a mess with all of the traffic in & out of the house. He has always left my carpet refreshed & so soft. I would recommend him 100 times over again.
Oh and really reasonable in price as well!!!

Had Eric quote and complete carpet cleaning when we moved into our ‘new’ house. The carpets were only about a year old, but being new to the home we wanted them professionally cleaned. He did a great, complete job and very competitively and in a timely fashion. It did take a bit longer to dry than advertised, but that did not bother us. Eric was very personable and his work was very good. I would highly recommend this company and specifically his business in the greater Lithia/​Fishhawk area of Florida. Happy customers! Thanks Eric!

Heaven’s Best Carpet cleaning is a great company. Owner Eric Swilly personally takes care of ALL of the work. I’m a property manager in Tampa currently managing over 150 individual homes and Heaven’s Best is the only company we use.

Eric ”the owner” does a very amazing job on the carpet inside my house… What he does is first looks at the carpet make sure nothing extra is needed then tells you what is needed based on his views of the carpet. Then he sprays the carpet with a chemical that smells like oranges but it does not smell bad at all then he cleans the carpet with the machine then after that he takes the carpet rake then rakes the carpet out to makes the carpet look new again.
My family has had Eric as our carpet cleaner for the past year and really enjoy his service for what he does on our carpet. We don’t have any complaints on Eric or his service when he cleans our carpets.
You’ll be amazed on what he does!
