I haven’t gotten my hair done here, but I brought in my 3 year old daughter for a cut. She had been terrified throughout each salon visit up to that point and so when I heard about the special kids room at this place, I hope to have a different experience. I was not disappointed! She adored the pony carousel chairs and hopped right on. They did an amazing job engaging with her, making her laugh and keep her genuinely interested in the event vs just attempting to distract her or rush through it. Ever since, she has been asking to get another haircut. She is finally excited about a salon visit. Sadly we left Florida earlier this year, or else I’d be happy to be a regular! Highly recommend for kids!

WORST salon ever!!! Very inexperienced and unprofessional girls. Some of the stylists are don’t have license. Very dirty salon.

I was hoping to make this my new salon as its close to my house. But it amazes me how many stylists have a difficult time with a blunt cut. Totally uneven and wound up having to go to a different salon to have them even it out. Disappointed.

I took my 3.5yr old son here today. He recently started fussing and crying when I would cut his hair, so I was hoping that taking him to a salon tailored for kids would help ease his anxiety. It did, and he sat very still, and according to the stylist, was the best behaved child she had worked with. Unfortunately, the stylist lacked the skills to use a hair trimmer. She butchered my sons head. It was shorter than I requested, and had uneven blotchy patches of hair along the sides. He looks as if HE got a hold of the scissors and trimmed his own hair. Absolutely the WORST haircut ever. They did not charge me for the cut, and the staff and salon was nice and courteous. But what’s the point if you are going to hate the cut?

Loved my reflection after visiting Reflections! Went here when my fiancée gave me a spa day– Swedish Massage, Gel Manicure and full pedicure. First looks are grand– this place has character and class. Eye candy all the way! Massage– The massage room PERKS: is a private room with calm music, candles, creative colors, basket with new hair ties(if you forgot yours!) and cough drops. They provide hangers for your clothes and mirror for prep when you leave. The massage room LOWS: you can hear EVERY salon noise– loud conversations, microwave(shares a wall with staff kitchenette), phone rings-UGH. It drowns out the calm of the room and music which totally kills the mood. Manicure– PERKS: Bri(Brianna) has been working at Reflections for over a year and knows her stuff! They have a HUGE assortment of most OPI Gel and regular polish. They color code the Gels to the comparable regular so you can match your colors for your toes and fingers– which is amazing. She took close to an hour to do the whole process– and did not make me feel rushed whatsoever! LOWS:Their brochure states a SHELLAC manicure– but it is actually OPIGEL. I am not sure how they clean their tools as the tools were out and on a clean looking towel by the time I got there. Pedicure– PERKS: Again, HUGE variety of mostly OPI colors. They bring you into a small room with only two chairs and great ambiance– an electric fireplace included! They did a full sea salt foot bath, pomegranate foot scrub, lotion, block exfoliator and then the nail care/polish. Again, took about an hour– no rushing. Updated magazines available. LOWS: Chairs did not seem to be massage chairs– nor was it mentioned– but still very comfy. Not sure if they provide flip flops since I had my own and she used my own. She put them on BEFORE painting nails to ensure no smudges. They have a cute boutique up front with snacks, polishes, jewelry and other misc. goods but in a tasteful way. Will come back again!
