I had Truly Nolen for close to a decade. The last year saw a sharp decline in service, treatment and over all business. I had 5 missed appointments for both lawn and inside treatments, 1 rep come out telling me he missed them because he didn’t WANT to come out until he was scheduled and 3 ‘out of area’ techs that did nothing except tell me they would alert my ‘normal’ guy. 2 week AFTER I canceled service, a ‘field supervisor’ came out and asked why he was there. Seriously?

We came home to find our 2 outdoor cats dead under the house. They should have had some type of procedure to prevent this. Very sad.

My family had mixed opinions about this Truly Nolen Pest Control business first we started having great service them when the technician came out but the service kept getting later and later until after 2 months of service with them. I had to keep calling in to have the technician to come out to put some type of bait down they use to kill off the roaches but it didn’t stop them what’s so ever so I am not sure what the technician uses. We had a huge spider nest next to our garage and the technician was told about it by his customer service representative and he never came and did anything about it he kept laughing and smiling for some unknown reason. The manager was notified about the issue but he never called back so no surprised there. As a big company like Truly Nolen they need to understand that when customers need a issue fix please fix it and not just stand there and laugh and smile about it.
