My car died at my Moms house, and I called roadside assistance to tow it to the dealership. Adams Automotive was supposed to be there at 2:15 today. I got a call at 2:00 saying they would be there in 15 minutes. I updated my Mom and sister who have been waiting all day for them to arrive. At 2:50 the car was still there. I call roadside assistance again, they try calling 3 times and no one answers. They said they left a voicemail and the driver should call me. An hour later, no call and no one picked up the car. I call roadside again, and they finally get a hold of Adams. In a nutshell, they told roadside to find someone else to pick it up. This company is not reliable, and has poor customer service. It’s a good thing I wasn’t stranded on the side of the road!
