I know a review of a funeral home is kinda morbid. I guess that’s why I’m the first.
I wanted to say that the staff here were more than accommodating and friendly. We’re very flexible with last minute changes and made my aunt’s home going ceremony splendid!
They are a little dated, they still use typewriters and the décor is definitely 1970’s, but it couldn’t have been easier to do business with them.
They reminded me what customer service used to be like. Jim was amazing! Great smile, great personality and treated our concerns as if they were most urgent. Really appreciated all they did for the family.
