Robin’s Restaurant

This is the best restaurant in Van Buren. Wait, it’s the ONLY restaurant in Van Buren.
Food is ok. Better than the bar food and sub shops in town.
Service is slow but it’s usually crowded and the staff is limited. I’m patient and I’ve learned to expect this so it doesn’t bother me. The waitstaff’s moods vary greatly. There are days when they are super friendly and attentive and days when they are outright rude and completely ignore you.
Food is ranges from being pretty decent to kinda gross. Some of it is overpriced for what you get. The pizza is good and there are pizza specials on certain nights. If you stick with pizza and other standard «take out» food you won’t set yourself up for disappointment. Meaning, I wouldn’t expect a great steak.
The homemade desserts are good.
