Tasty Food

This is the kind of place you drive past without thinking they have much to offer. Wrong assumption. This place has friendly service, good food, and clean restrooms. I didn’t know much about lobster rolls until I arrived in Maine. So far I’ve had three lobster rolls from various places and this place, although unassuming, has the best lobster roll. Tasty Food’s lobster rolls are light on the mayo with a bun that doesn’t oil your fingertips with too much butter. We sat outside and the manager came out to ask about our food. He genuinely cared about his menu and was happy to hear that all was well. They have desserts that bring back memories: banana splits, soft serve ice cream, sundaes. The women’s restroom in back is very clean, which affirms that the management really thinks through all of what it takes to run a good dining establishment.
