This place is now closed. I was there last weekend(Oct 17) and found out that they have moved. Not sure where. There is no forwarding address. I called the number listed on the website and left a message but no one called me back. Anyone knows the new location, please post it. Thanks.

Lucky for me that I am walking distance to this place. The French macaroons are loved by my wife. I have now been here five times and always greeted by a friendly smile.

What would we, the Frenchies in LA!, do without AAAFOODSOURCE! My family & I stock up on all the goodies from home especially during the holidays for the traditional«Réveillons» feasts! Thumbs UP!!!

Found this place from the Bastille Day brochure. Rather odd environment for an exotic food emporium, but when I entered, I’m in seventh heaven! The owner(later I found out his name is Dominique), is very friendly and helpful. The only place in LA I can think of to get a French White Peach Purée, the essential prerequisite to create the authentic Bellini(from the Harry’s Bar in Venice owner’s own recipe). Also, you can find a lot of French food items(eg Banania) that can only be found in France. The meat counter is also fabulous, with never ending selection of foie gras, saucissons, duck stuff. And don’t forget the macarons! One of the best I ever tasted. Excellent prices too! Merci Dominique!

Very odd location for a French market but what a remarkable selection . We finally found a local place that has Merguez!!! The staff was friendly and the woman had kids near my kid’s age so she was sweet with them. That and the fact that she was stunningly attractive made for a resoundingly positive experience.

This depot is cool. You can find wide variety of European food and more. They are usually wholesale but open to the public on week ends. The people there are cool and they treat you like a real customer. You will definitively shop there more often.
