Beeps Fast Food

I really only go out of my way to give a review if it’s real good or real bad and hopefully the 5 stars says it all. This is how real fast food should be. Excellent quality, super friendly staff (very pretty ladies working here) and the prices are just the icing on top. The most expensive burger, the big beeper starts at 4.99 and with bacon and avocado added came to 7 bucks flat. If I didn’t mention it already the food is top notch. Carl’s JR and Burger King are envious cause Beeps has them beat on everything. One thing is expect to wait about 10 – 20 mins depending on how busy it is for your food cause everything is made to order. A burger and a shake that you will love!!!

I don’t consider this fast food. I consider it excellent food made fast.
I couldn’t get much of a feel of the place from the outside but I actually like the inside Ambiance .
I like that old school feel. I loved all the artwork on the wall .
All the james Dean Stuff was really cool. I love the breakfast here and the malts are really really good.
I haven’t tried lunch or dinner here but its definitely the best place around for breakfast.

Love their malts! Ordered the chocolate and it was delicious! Never tried the food but being a malt/​shake girl, I will return for some more of that chocolatey deliciousness!

I ordered the patty melt on the rye bread with extra lettuce and tomatoes like 1 more slice lol. and the bread extra toasted i loved it so much. fries with ranch and a coke was heaven to me, my new favorite.

It’s so yummy! I love their milkshakes especially, it’s always busy for a reason!
Try the Oreo and strawberry one that’s my fave!

Wow what a place. I can’t believe it took 40min to get my food. I’m on the go! I can’t be hanging around that long for food. Yeah last time I’m coming

Everyone I know has already been to this joint, and I decided it’s time that I came. I have zero regrets with my decision! Being here makes me question why I ever went to an IHOP or Denny’s when a place like this has always been here.
I loved the ambiance and vibe of the entire place, as though I was stuck in another time. The women working there were so warm and very friendly. The food was very large in portion at such an affordable price. Five stars for a great experience!
One things for sure, my family breakfasts will be here from now on! :)

Cheese steak sandwich is bombizzle!!! Still haven’t had one as good as this one. The other things in the menu are also good. The only problem is they take forever to get your food ready.

I read all these reviews and I saw all these reviewers hype up their breakfast burritos so I thought I’d give them a try. The ordering spots and pick up was very confusing. The outside was dirty, inside was dirty and smelled funny. I ordered a breakfast burrito with pastrami, I wasn’t warned that there is a 3 – 4 $ charge for pastrami. She just took my card and swiped it. I was told 5 – 10 minutes. Breakfast burritos are supposed to be a quick grab and go breakfast, but it wasn’t. I waited 40 minutes for it, and I also asked them twice if they had any news on my burrito. «It’s coming up» but it didn’t. Breakfast burrito wasn’t anything special. The pastrami that cost me an extra 3 – 4 $ was probably the worst pastrami I have ever had. I will never be back again, I don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews.

The food here is great.
However, the GIRLS that have been working there for a long time now still are just angry servers. Not one time have I gone in there with one of those girls smiling. It can be stressful job I am sure. BUT COME ON what job isn’t. Its a diner but not welcoming at all.
The manager should ask their employees what is wrong. Cleary they are unhappy and miserable. Don’t want that rubbed off on a customer who is trying simply to grab food.
All in all great food but terrible atmosphere.

When you go here, it’s not for the ambiance – unless you’re looking for a super casual environment and nothing fancy but want decent food at a very economical price!
Been here years ago and can’t say I remember much about that visit, but when I went today… Man (!!), I’m definitely making my way back there soon!
I’ve been on a waffle kick and didn’t want to grab another $ 10 waffle the 3^rd day in a row so I searched for an inexpensive place that had decent tasting waffles. I already had this place bookmarked but it came up on my Unilocal search because I was close by. It was just meant to be: D Plus, my total for a waffle and coffee was less than $ 7!!! WHA??? Heck, yeah! Score!
Keep in mind that this place has been established in the community – it’s not fancy but it’s maintained and the service is friendly and warm: D That ALWAYS makes the food tastes better, doesn’t it? :)
They serve breakfast ALL DAY – YAY!!! And they have the typical diner dishes – burgers, milkshakes, fries, etc. While there, I saw one of the staff pouring a milkshake into a cup – I was tempted to order but I can’t handle that much sweetness at one sitting, haha! My taste buds will get confused: P
CONCLUSION: If you’re close by to the area and are wanting breakfast food in the afternoon or want typical diner food, GO HERE if you don’t mind a super casual place.

I love this place! The food is really good, huge for the price given! They charge for ranch and other dressing, but it’s not unreasonable. The service here is really good, too! I think I was served by a short Filipino girl. She was very attentive of my order and made sure I got everything I wanted and even helped me save a few cents with a sandwich deal that came with a side and a drink. The girls also checked up on me a lot and I noticed how clean they keep the place despite being busy with other things.
I was expecting it to be busy for Mother’s day, but when they told me there was a 30 minute wait, I did not mind because any other joint had a much longer wait for sure.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since I moved to Van Nuys. My boyfriend got me a steak and cheese sub but I never had the chance to eat.
Today we decided to grab a quick bite and thought of beeps. We waited exactly 52 mins for our two sandwiches, two fries, mozarella sticks and coffee shake. I was a little upset coz I was already hungry and there have been people who got their food first before us. We could’ve ate there but the place is packed. They gave us a little card. Kind of a rewards card, buy 12 sub/​sandwich get 1 free burger/​sandwich.
Went home to eat and all of my disappointments went away. Their steak and cheese is awesome! The sides went very well with the sandwich and their shake was really creamy and full of flavor. I will definitely come back to try other things from their menu, but will make sure just to call in my order earlier so I won’t have to wait there for a long time.

Great prices, good food and awesome service. Can’t ask for anymore. This is the PERFECT place to come to with anyone! The pickiest eater can find something to eat! Breakfast food, Mexican, sandwiches, burgers shakes and floats. I could keep going but I’m going to run out of space here! Go and you will understand what I mean. Pancakes for dinner? Why not! I came here with my bf and we were being gluttons and ordered a bunch of stuff, couldn’t finish it all. Everything looks so good you just want to try it. Slow your roll and enjoy each item. You have enough time to try everything, one day at a time!

This place has BIG ASS serving sizes and it’s really affordable. So, you get a big ass serving and the food is delicious. The place has been around since 1956 for a reason, folks.
Inside is super cute nostalgic, 50s greaser style. The music fits the décor. They keep everything clean and neat. The girls are super professional and sweet. This little restaurant means business and they are doing a pretty good job.
So for presentation, service and food Beeps gets the full 5 stars from me. It’s a classic.

The hamburgers and fries are great, and the California Burrito is super flavorful and just perfectly delicious!!! The chocolate shake is literally one of the best shakes, I’ve ever tried! It’s super yummy!
The employees are nice and helpful. I’ve been there many times and they have always been nice and friendly.
The only bad thing about this place is the parking area and the location itself but other than that this place is a Valley jem.

I love love love this place. I have been coming here for years! This is my favorite spot in Van Nuys for breakfast. Beware, if you are In a rush, call ahead. Call your order in about 15 minutes before you arrive. Are you on a diet? Then do not eat here or be specific in how you want your food cooked. The food is partially sold because it’s cooked with love and buttery goodness.
My coworker gets a milkshake in the morning. Their menu is amazing. So many choices you will have to come back. Seating inside is small and limited to about 6 booths but there is outdoor seating in the shade as well. My favorite to order is the bacon egg and cheese croissant. It comes with lettuce and tomato and mayo but I just order mine plane. The workers are always very friendly to me. I highly recommend if you are in the Van Nuys area, stop here!

A nice little diner in the heart of Van Nuys. It’s cheap quality unhealthy food if that makes any sense.
You’re getting classic diner foods like patty melts, and burgers for real affordable prices. Almost all the food in the L.A. area is cheaper than it is in the Bay Area. The food is good and it comes out pipping out. Burned my mouth like a maniac.
Still, the service is great and the location is decked out with 50’s memorabilia. My kind of place.

Been to this place 2x in the past 3 days.
It is close to the warehouse I am renting for my staging business .
I passed this place many times before but from the outside it doesn’t look tpp appealing and a bit run down. Don’t be fooled ! The interior is straight up 50’s, and even though it’s small you either going to find it cool or you will hate cool all those over the top lighted posters of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis (among others) & purple/​pink décor.
I took a friend who is from Europe and he felt like he was in 50’s.
Food: (Friends opinion): First visit: burger with 2 patties and bacon with cheddar cheese is huge. Flavor is smokey and top quality. Bacon was crispy .
French fries: First class. Second visit: Fish filet burger with American cheese: large fish, very tasty, high quality .
Me: First visit: Turkey burger with avocado and spicy turkey burger. Amazing. It has grilled onions. Second visit: Tuna melt. Tuna melt was good, had grilled onions, cheddar and tomatoes.
Don’y forget to order the thousand Island or ranch dressing on the side, it is fab for the fries !! And its a Large enough container for your evening salad :-)
On another note: Staff is friendly. Keep coming out to the tables and ask «how is everything «???
Also we seen some HUGE deserts and smoothies that we gonna have to try next time !!!
