I have been a customer of Bico for many years. Bico is without a doubt, the best selling jewelry line I carry. In all the years I have been doing business with Bico, I have never had a problem with their customer service, their delivery or their quality. I buy Bico because they protect the retail price so consumers are treated fairly when they buy Bico. The person writing the bad review must have had unreasonable requests that would not be in keeping with how the company operates. There are always 2 sides to every story and my years of experience with Bico has always been positive. Retailers out there… Put Bico in your store… It’s a money machine!
