As advertised, the owner of this establishment also installs tile. After paying him a hefty sum to tile my bathroom (bathtub/​shower walls and floor), I was extremely disappointed days after to find that he neglected to waterproof and seal either.
When I called to talk to him about my problem, he tried to convince me that waterproofing and/​or sealing tile was not necessary. I explained to him that not only did I know that they were necessary on a regular floor, but the fact that my bathroom was on the second floor, over a garage made waterproofing and sealing absolutely imperative. After he offered to come back and simply seal the tile for additional monies. I told him sealing was not good enough. He replied by stating that if he were in the proximity of my home he might stop by at some point to look. Three weeks later, I have yet to hear from him.
I found it interesting that it was only when I expressed dissatisfaction the owner expressed that he had to «make time» to come to my home, however when he originally did the work, he never, in anyway insinuated that the distance was a challenge. For over a month now, I have been dealing with a bathroom that leaks into my garage over my vehicle, washer, and dryer.
I am sickened that now I have to pay even more money to buy additional material, and have someone else rip out what he did and lay the tile again. This vendor is a greedy, lying, unscrupulous thief. This man believes he can cheat women out of their money and get away with it. I am currently gathering my information for a lawsuit and will see you in court Gerome!
