I called Coin-Op Laundry to service my washer that had broken down. I spoke to George, who scheduled me for same day appointment. It took George less than 5 minutes to open up the machine, find the problem and suggest a solution. He was very quick and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He suggested several solutions, of which I opted to replace the machine with a refurbished one that he provided. His price was reasonable and his timing was very efficient. George and his crewman were very professional, knew their trade very well, and seemed to care about customer satisfaction and repeat business. For that, I recommend them for anyone who is looking for servicing laundry operated machine.
