Had a 1:30 pm appointment and was told (without)so much as a greeting when I arrived 10mins early to sign in. Now let me point out the front office had ONLY 3 people waiting ahead of me whom already had checked in and so it was not busy whatsoever. The one desk receptionist/​attendant (petite Latin lady) seemed flustered and incapable of doing multi-​tasks at this West Los Angeles office and seemed perturbed about dealing with phone calls and incoming customers. Additionally the front office upon entry was a «shoe box «size room about probably 100 sq ft. total. SO therefore you SEE everyone especially with seating ONLY for about 5 or 6 patients. With such a TINY space PLUS a sign in clip-​board you HAVE to know who’s ALREADY there. That said as I waited patiently this seemingly uninterested employee went about her business at the desk and a patron walks in and immediately that person was serviced with medical cards, I. D etc all asked for by the attendant and tells the new patient fill out these forms. NOW I am «livid» but I kept my «cool» and when she became free I said to her politely I was here before that lady and I signed in earlier at 1:20.SO now at this point I expected at least a courteous apology BUT NOOOOO!!! Instead she acts annoyed liked she’s being bothered and is about to grab paperwork and I say that’s okay I’ll take my «business» somewhere else AND I leave. Listen if you make a potential patient customer WAIT, ignore their presence, service another incoming customer, and then DON’T say you’re sorry. THAT’S terrible customer service and incompetence. Not to mention unprofessional behavior especially being the surroundings are small enough to NOTICE everybody, Front staff individual should not be at her job-​she can’t handle it. Will look into another more welcoming, professional Physical Therapy office. Don’t come here NOT friendly or courteous!!!

I love this office. After trying a couple other pt offices, I really appreciate the care and professionalism from this office.

The staff is absolutely awful and treated me horribly. Rude, hang up and elitist snobby attitude
