Deluxe Vanity

My husband and I went today and we found the vanity exactly that we wanted. They have very reasonable prices and the quality is so much better than Lowes or Home Depot. They have a large variety to choose from on the floor and if you don’t like these they have catalogs for you to go through. They also have great faucets to choose from and mirrors and kitchen items you will want to go home with.
Great staff that are helpful and give great suggestions.

They said they had a big selection of faucets, but when I got to the store, they hardly had any. I guess they have a big selection of catalogs to order from.

So, this is probably my 3^rd or 4^th review on Unilocal!I happen to find this Vendor whilst doing exhaustive search for my new offices. With my Bentley taste on a VW budget, I had to stay in tight budget. So here is this beautiful Vanity & accessories — EXACTLY what I wanted & at the right price. Full Service Vendor who provides everything that needs to go with it. The Vanity, Mirrors, European Toilet, Designer Faucet… 1 word — WOW. This is the most accomodating vendor that I’ve ever dealt with. Since I have no clue w/​this kind of remodel things — they even sent me pictures showing dimensions w/​rulers cuz I am a visual thinker. As stressed out as I am building a new office — this was the 1 part, that I got help, above & beyond!!! AMAZING!!!
** the only bad part was the actual website — the pictures weren’t high resolution enough — but the sales staff more than compensated for it. They are redoing their website as we speak — talk about responsive!!!

I just got my kitchen done with new cabinet, I shopped around before i made a decision to go with them, I could tell their price was honest, and their customer service was superb !! i’m so happy with quality of job they did, and follow up service !!

My parents were doing some remodeling and they needed a new and unique vanity. Deluxe Vanity team was awesome and gave us a quick and very reasonable quote. They helped us work on a design that fit exactly what we were looking for! Really appreciate all the amazing work! :)

Ben (owner) at Deluxe Vanity is truly amazing when it comes to service.
3 years ago he built me a fabulous open concept kitchen. I went with him because his prices beat IKEA’s. And I got real wood frame cabinets instead of particle board!
I have loved using my kitchen these past three years. Everyone comments on how beautiful it looks.
Just a few days ago I noticed that one of the cabinets had an issue with how it was hanging and I called Ben. He sent someone over within 2 days and they took care of it with zero fuss and NO charge. It was amazing! I have never seen service like this. 3 years after the fact!
I am very impressed with Ben’s care for his customers and his standing behind his product all these years later. It is rare to find. I would go with Deluxe Kitchen again if I were building new cabinets. Ask for Ben!

This review is about three years too late, but it still pisses me off every time I think about it. I went to this location after seeing it on my way to work. My husband and I were doing a home renovation, and I was looking for a unique vanity. I went into this place and found the perfect one. I was given a price and told it would be available by a certain date, which was about 6 – 8 weeks later. The arrival time was scheduled to be approximately one day before we returned from our honeymoon. During the last few days of our honeymoon I began to call the store to confirm the arrival of the vanity, however the number was disconnected. I called multiple times until our return. On the given date, the number was again connected, at which time I was told the store front had moved from downtown LA to the valley. I was told the shipment would be received in downtown LA so I could make the purchase and pick up there. I went there and met, Ben who was still waiting on the shipment to arrive. When the truck finally arrived we then had to wait until everything was unloaded. When the vanity we wanted was finally unloaded, and it came time to pay, he charged us more than we originally were told, and he added taxes to it, just like the previous reviewer mentioned. I told him the price we were given originally, and he even called the sales rep to confirm we were given that price, and he still didn’t honor it. Then he tried to tell us that he was giving us the best price available for that vanity, but I was able to show him an internet advertisement for another company who was advertising it for cheaper. (As a side note I had tried contacting that company multiple times when the number for Deluxe Vanity was disconnected, but I never could get a hold of them. I wasn’t going to tell him that though.) I was pissed, especially considering we were there waiting for about 3 hours. I ended up paying for it because our whole bathroom had already been designed around this vanity, but I was none too happy about it.

i bought a very modern vanity made by Ben, he had a great price for it & delivered on time also after installing i needed the medicine cabinet door to change to open on the opposite side he came to our house & fixed it. Defenetly I recommend this store.

I do NOT recommend this place! Ben gave me a price on a vanity of 650, when I went the next day to get it with a friends truck he bumped the price to 750 plus tax. Then 750 cash no tax! I left and went else where. Very shady business.
