We’ve used Ecotech at our company for a long time now and have been very impressed with their service! Leo and Jose are both very knowledgeable. They’re also quick to come if there’s a problem. It’s important to support small businesses, so give them a try!

This is a review for the recent service we (Flintridge Montessori), received from Jose. He was very efficient, professional and charming. The job was done in a timely manner. He also went out of his way to help with us with other tech related issues and was glad to assist us.

I had an issue with the fax on my Brother fax, that was minor but I didn’t know that. I spoke to Jose, who was courteous, knowledgeable, listened to what it was doing, and made one suggestion that took 30 seconds and the fax worked fine. This was after spending 40 minutes with a Brother tech from their Customer Service, with no success. I would recommend Ecotech without hesitation.

Excellent job! We had our new beauty delivered today. $ 175 per month and they cover the toner! 5000 copies! The machine even sends a signal to them when a new toner is needed.

This’s NOT about the service quality but the company’s reckless driver. Consider the fact the businesses check their Unilocal page, I’d like to inform that your driver in a company vehicle drove like a maniac on the 23S this morning. Normally, I would not bother, but your driver was especially fast and furious, perhaps he confused traffic with his GTA game or was still drunk after a long weekend of fun. Either way, you are now informed.

These guys are the best! Jose answered the phone, patiently listened to me describe my problem with my copier/​scanner, and then spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting and got my machine running again. I had changed internet service providers and I was having trouble getting a consistent IP address and the printer would stop working.
He didn’t even charge me a penny! Talk about putting your money where your mouth is. They’re the first call I will make if I need service again.

Ecotech has been wonderful to work with and I can not say enough good things about them. Their technician, Jose, is always polite and punctual for every appointment. More importantly, he is always incredibly patient when people around the office get anxious about their printer problems. Anytime we need replacement toner or a service visit, the guys from Ecotech have been at the office within a few hours of our call. If you’re an office manager or business owner, I really recommend you do yourself a favor and choose this company.

I’m hoping that Unilocal Reviews hold as much weight to whoever’s reading this as a quality guarantee, because I really can’t speak highly enough of the service I got from Leo, the owner at this wonderful location.
I work at huge business that constantly is in need of copies on a weekly basis. Because of the high volume of customers that walk in to fill out forms, we sometimes run out of the packets. When this happens I immediately call Leo’s office to place a rushed order and within an hour the staff at Ecotech has my order of 500 packets with 7 pages each ready in less than 1 hour. Nowhere else can you can find such a dedicated staff to make sure that orders are done in a timely manner.
Additionally, I purchased my printer from Eccotech based on Leo’s recommendation and is one of the best purchases we have made for our business. We did, however, experience some technical difficulties with our Brother printer when one of our employees messed it up, so while we waited for a tech from Brother to repair it, Leo lent us one of his own office printers while we waited for our printer to be fixed which took a total of 2 weeks. For those 2 weeks, Leo patiently and generously permitted us to use the printer. Such act of kindness and caring is unheard of nowadays! Every company like Kinkos, Staples, or fed ex will make sure to charge the customer for every single service that they rudely provide. At Ecotech, they will do their outmost best to make the customer is not only happy but extremely satisfied.
My company does not use any other company besides Ecotech for all our printer/​copy/​tech services. I highly recommend Ecotech for all your office needs!

I called Leo at Ecotech and he didn’t support my requirements directly but he went out of his way to help me even though it meant no business for him. I appreciate people who are willing to help. The next time I have a copier repair issue or need trustworthy recommendation on office workflow solutions, Leo will be the first person that I call.

It’s hard to find reliable businesses these days; so hard you’re surprised when you’re actually dealt elite customer service. The people at Ecotech love what they do, you can see in their eyes. This is the quality that will win over clientele. Just got a new Sharp MX 3640 for our law firm that finally gave up the old ghost. Love the machine, love the delivery process, love the programming and setup which didn’t skip a beat during the change over. Ecotech even gave us tutorials and pointers on how to maximize our new product.

These guys came out at a moments notice to fix my business copier at my home office. They showed up, took care of the problem, only charged me $ 65.00 which was a deal. Gonna have them come back and service the copier. Leo was great and punctual. These guys are great!

My office has a wide-​format plotter (HP DesignJet 800) that needed repair on site. I called a number of different places to compare rates, and Ecotech offered one of the most competitive rates. Several places estimated that it would take about 2 hours. Leo managed to finish under that time. He was courteous, professional, ethical and efficient. I’m very happy to have found Ecotech.
