she is in the front office and you have to deal with her for schedule your training, this schedule set regardless your time and it is unacceptable for her to change it, she is sending it by email weekly, she will try to charge you &100 for any class you miss (money hungry) …
I tried to call here once because I didn’t received my schedule on time she didn’t pickup my phone or answer my massage the next day she sent me an email trying to enforce me to pay $ 100, it s just a scam and bad way to deal … I was very upset … and it is for sure okay for her to miss classes cause the old truck it broken down or the instructor was fighting other people for parking in a junk yard which the place to practice the tanning
that is why I am tilling you find somewhere ails and don’t look for the cheapest price only …

I signed a contract to study, train and ultimately obtain my Class B license with passenger endorsements. After paying over $ 2000 dollars for the course contract, I received a packet of about 7 pages of poorly photocopied Questions and Answers which supposedly was the study material that I needed in order to obtain the Class B permit. After months of studying with additional material that I obtained by my own efforts and expense, I ultimately obtained the Class B permit. I went back to Exclusive Trucking School to schedule my hands on driver’s training. To my disbelief, they were going to train me on a Tractor Trailer for the Class B with passenger endorsements!!! I told them that new changes have taken into effect with DMV which did not allow taking the driving test on a tractor trailer for the Class B license; they did not care. Gloria, the «front office clerk» said you will train on the tractor trailer and on the day of the test we will have a bus for you to take to DMV for the driving test. I told them that this was not acceptable to me and I wanted my money back. I said to her, «Do you train on a bicycle in order to take the motorcycle (M1) test at DMV?» After what seemed like at least an hour of going back and forth, Gloria said she would send me a refund for the amount of the contract minus the $ 200 non-​refundable registration fee and $ 250 for the study materials! $ 250 dollars for 7 badly photocopied sheets!!! I reluctantly accepted these terms. Gloria said the check would arrive in the mail. Needless to say, the check NEVER arrived.
After numerous emails requesting my refund, with no response; I resorted to dragging both Gloria and her husband into Small Claims Court. While doing my research on Exclusive Trucking School, I found out to my astonishment that they are operating without a current Fictitious Business Name in the Los Angeles County. It had expired in 2008. They have been operating since 2008 as a business, ILLEGALLY!!! I presented my case to the Small Claims Court judge and I am currently awaiting a verdict. The judge himself was astonished that this fly-​by-​night outfit was operating illegally! He admonished Gloria for the abuse that I went through. I am fully confident that I will receive a favorable verdict in the mail.
For those students that are in a similar predicament, I urge you to take them to Small Claims Court. There is no way that you should be subjected to this kind of treatment by such brazen CROOKS!!!

I’m currently in class with this company right now today is 8÷7÷15. This is a 2 part team, the instructor (Arturo) who is a seasoned vet, but language barrier is a huge concern because he speaks Spanish and very broken English with a heavy accent. Definitely pay attention when he speaks because it’s hard to understand him. The second part is his wife Gloria aka «the admissions rep» this woman deserves her own reality drama show. Her customer service skills are non-​existent. She doesn’t know how to listen and always interjects mid sentence when customers have concerns and express them to her. She plays the blame game and points the finger at the students… CONSTANTLY. Professionalism is also non existent. She was arguing (based on what I heard of the conversation) with another student. I was sitting in the office and when she was done (which I think ended when the student just hung up on her) she turned to me and starts to tell me all about this student’s problem, As if I care. Now for my experience with this so far. Arturo is awesome if you have ever driven a standard transmission and have skills backing up trailers whether that’s a boat, flat bed or other small trailers. Downside, he doesn’t pay much attention to how his students are progressing, in turn, students (in my opinion) will end up taking longer than needed to complete the course. The truck is a nice truck that hasn’t broken down on me or given me any mechanical issues. It’s in wonderful operating condition and clean. My class has been cancelled 1 time. However, they gave me a 2 hour notice via phone call. The Instructor has been late to my class several times varying from 15 – 40 minutes and it seems they think it’s okay. Just yesterday 8÷6÷15 @1730ish hours I called Gloria to inform her I was unable to make class today @1500 hours because of family emergency. Her response,“um, Calvin this isn’t a 24hr notice, and I’ll have to bill you.” I told her they didn’t give me a 24hr notice when they cancelled on me last week for the same reason, family emergency. I went on to tell her the rules don’t only apply to students try apply to you as well. She responded back to me with, «you signed a contract with us, not us with you.» Which makes no damn sense. She obviously doesn’t know what a contract is. Well I ended up raising my voice at her and told her I wasn’t asking permission nor calling to argue with her, but to inform her I wasn’t making class tomorrow due to family emergency and that as a grown adult I don’t expect to be questioned about my family emergency (being a new farther and all). She replied back to me, «I’m going to send you a warn letter for the way you’re speaking to me.» I responded, «you do that. Do what you have to and see how much money you get out of me.» Click! And I hung up the phone. A few hours later I get this letter with a $ 100 billing attached to it. The warning letter states their policy about drug and alcohol use while operating the truck??? And carrying fire arms while operating the truck??? Does she think I was inebriated or under some sort of influence? Bottom line. Price is very affordable compared to other schools I looked into. One on one lessons. HORRIBLE communication skills and customer service skills. No professionalism from the office side. And double standards for student and instructors. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. I paid in full so despite how ignorant these people may seem, I’m not going to blow $ 1,800 dollars and walk away with nothing. I’m going to grind this out. I signed up with exclusive truck driving school for my commercial A drivers license.
I signed up for the short version because i have previously had my commercial license and i have some experience, also i was in a hurry to get my license for a big project my company was working on. From the beginning Gloria didn’t like this and tried to convince me to sign up for the full price class but i told her i was in a hurry to get my license. After i finished all my lessons a month later i was ready for my test. The day of my test the truck broke down and they had no replacement. They rescheduled my test for a month later. Gloria said she would give me 2 extra lessons to make up for it, after 1 month waiting i called to see what my schedule was. Gloria yelled at me and blamed me for the truck braking down which made no sense at all. She changed her mind about giving the extra lessons. I went to the test unprepared with a month and a half of no training and I failed. I asked her about scheduling another test. She said she would need to charge me $ 500 for the test only, not including any additional training. The dmv only charges $ 30 for the test. i asked her why and she said because i only signed up for the 13 hours of training and not the unlimited training which is only $ 300 more. I don’t understand her logic. Everything seemed to be about her getting more money and blaming others for the schools faults. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with especially after spending close to $ 1500 on driver training. Almost 3 months later and i still don’t have my commercial drivers license.

The great thing about this school is that the truck is all yours, you can do whatever you want to do with it. And I think it is the best way how to drive with some instructions.
The things I didn’t like about the school is the language barrier. They barely speak english. I had a real hard time understanding the instructor. If you are Spanish speaker than this is a good place. If I had to choose between schools I would definitely look for another option.

This is truly one of a kind trucking school the teachers go well on and beyond the point on making sure you understand and know everything with videos or just explaining one on one. I went to the DMV and passed my CDL#A driving test on my first try both my writing and driving test almost with a 100 percent thanks to all I learn at Exclusive driving school. now my dream of becoming a trucker is a reality and they even helped me find a great job thank you and God bless I highly recommend anyone trying to get there CDL#A to sign up here. I seen all the rest and this one is truly the best!

Great one on one training. Fast paced easy to learn. Motivating teachers. Always helping their students to thrive. I would recommend this school to anyone.

Traffic School:
I originally found this place because I needed to take traffic school on a Saturday and not that many places offer it. This school was near my home and the scheduled worked (8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays). Although I knew I could do traffic school online, I had heard from friends that it takes longer than 8 hours to complete the class. I mean how many people can sit in front of a computer for 8 hours without taking breaks every 30 minutes? Besides the online traffic school classes involve tests you have to take to prove you actually took the class. Live traffic school doesn’t work that way, you just sit there and get a certificate at the end of the 8 hours, Done!
Well, what can I say, the class was no picnic, but it wasn’t as dull as I expected. The instructor was very engaging and the time did go by a lot faster than I had expected. It felt like a long chit chat session with a few strangers who became my friends for those 8 hours. All in all, it was an okay experience. But I was very happy with the instructor and they school.
While I was there however I noticed they also do driving classes and trucking classes. A few months later, my boyfriend gave them a call for trucking school.
Trucking School:
This is the part that really impressed me. Not only are they much less expensive than other schools, but they don’t have a set number of hours. They charge you a flat rate for AS MANY HOURS AS NEEDED TO GET YOUR LICENSE. All the other schools we called seemed more concerned with selling us packages of hours and didn’t seem to stand behind the classes they offered. Of course Exclusive asks you to be responsible student, go to class prepared, etc. but it is all completely reasonable.
My boyfriend’s instructor was absolutely great. His name is Arthur, if you go to this school, I absolutely recommend you request (demand) him as your instructor. He is the most experienced instructor there and has been teaching driving for like 20 years! And understand what I’m telling you, he hasn’t been driving a truck for 20 years and then decided last night to teach people to drive, he is a career driving instructor! That makes such a huge difference, he actually knows and has experience on how to teach driving.
My boyfriend came home very happy and he finished his classes ahead of schedule because he was learning so fast. He passed his exam on the first try! He has a few buddies who have also gotten their class A licenses and they did not believe him when he told them he was already getting ready to take the test. They all took several weeks longer to finish their classes and a few didn’t even pass until the 2^nd try. I think the reason for this is that my boyfriend’s classes were all completely private (one-​on-​one) as compared to his friend’s who were in a group of 7 – 10 people each time. I don’t understand why someone would not take private classes with an instructor like Arthur who has so much experience and instead go with a school that is more expensive, takes longer and has no guarantees.
In any case not only did they do a great job teaching him, but they put him in contact with a recruiter of two different trucking companies that were hiring him and got him started through an expedited interview process. He had his license a week and a half before he landed a job that the school hooked him up with.
We both highly, highly recommend this school.
