Bottom Line. Richard helped me and my fiancée from a terrible situation. I called him collect and he accepted. This man had the patience to hear me and my story. He made it to me in the time he mentioned and helped collaborate with my significant other. Much of the footwork my fiancée did was in collaboration with Richard. I rarely get that kind of service from a restaurant let alone a bail bondsman. He then went out of his way to speak with me aboiut his past experiences, not advising me but rather acting as a comforting mechanism through the ordeal that day. I called last night from the Van Nuys jail, a man answered and said he would contact my husband about arranging bail, my next call was to my husband and he said I’ve worked in sales before it was the typical sales pitch, didn’t seem like a business we want to be involved with so he told the man no I’m not posting posting bail, after that they wouldn’t accept my collect calls to tell me my husband said no, leaving me waiting not knowing what to do, my husband found a different bail bonds location and they made us both very comfortable and helped every step of the way. Poor customer service obviously they don’t care about the people in jail they care about their pockets and wouldn’t even accept the call to let me know my husband said no to him, at least because the sales pitch was so elementary we didn’t get involved with this business, be careful.

I WAS SO WORRIED but everything was easy! The staff at Fair Bail is kind, patient and friendly. They helped my friend get out of jail quick and in time for her work shift. Their office is located right in front of the Van Nuys court house. It was a hard day but made easy thanks to Richard!!! Highly recommended.
