I have been living at the same residence for almost 12 years now and never paid any attention to the chimney. After all these years I wanted to use the fireplace and ur wasn’t drafting the right way and kept smoking up the whole house. I called Chimney Sweeper and they came out the next day! They identified all the problems with my chimney and explained to be what needed to be done. They were so helpful and informative and fixed all the issues! Fast response and great customer service! Would definitely recommend them!

Our fireplace and chimney had not been touched in more than 15 years. I did extensive research and used The Chimney Sweeper. Not only was their customer service superior, their pricing was the most reasonable. Everyone I dealt with from Hazel on the phone, confirming appointments for first the cleaning and examination for repairs, to the technicians who completed the work. There was absolutely not one spec of dirt inside my home, though a great deal on the technicians! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and answered my numerous questions. Kevin did an excellent job on the repairs, saving me additional money by ensuring the damper worked smoothly and didn’t need replacing. I highly recommend The Chimney Sweeper!

These guys were great. I called a different, more well known chimney service first, but they were booked up and rather rude. Made an appointment with Hazel here, who was very pleasant and had me scheduled in two days. Keaton, the technician who came out, showed up on time and was great. He did the inspection for both fireplaces I had, and easily could’ve convinced me they needed hundreds of dollars in cleaning and repair, but was honest and told me they were clean enough as they were, and that he wouldn’t feel right charging me to clean them out when they really didn’t need it. Great honesty. Went over some options for aesthetic repairs, but was very upfront about the good working condition of my fireplaces as they were. Seriously refreshing to see that kind of openness and honesty. This guy deserves a raise! I’ll look forward to yearly future business with The Chimney Sweeper to keep my fireplaces in good working order.

One of my residents was having trouble with their fireplace. Black smoke pouring out. I wasn’t even sure when was the last time it had been swept.
