GameStop

Out of all the stores I’ve ever visited (and I don’t mean only video game stores, but stores in general), this is probably the one with the most polite, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been there around 10 times (different times and days of the week) and every single employee has been extremely nice. I’ve also called the store on the phone a couple of times with game-​related questions and the people on the line showed great customer service skills.

I had an issue with my system. It’s a long and convoluted story but rest assured, trust me when I say it was difficult and frustrating.
This is where this particular GameStop shines so bright.
Ian was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to listen and most of all understand my situation. It was during the worst time of the year too (call of duty launch) but He was patient and he provided me with an option that completely eradicated my problem. Robert a.k.a. Burke was also very friendly and helpful. The two of them made unfortunate experience A pleasant one. And that goes along way. With all the competition you see these days, it is service like this that makes people happy to come back and shop at a place like GameStop as opposed to Best Buy or Walmart. I will continue doing business with GameStop as long as they continue Employing people like Ian and Burke.
Thank you guys and I greatly appreciate all the help. Keep up the amazing job, as it makes a difference to be heard as a gamer.

I came to this game stop to trade in my copy of witcher 3 and one of the workers (i think his name is ian) hassled me making me feel like i wasnt welcome to trade it in AND on top of that made it seem like i couldnt afford to get another game on top of the one i wanted to trade in. I come to this game stop all the time and really like the other workers but this made me feel REALLY uncomfortable.

Many is a great guy. Took care of me today in this location. He was polite helpful and helped save me a lot of money. I know game stops get a bad wrap, but with the staff being as friendly as they are in this location of all places you want to do business with this is one.

Best GameStop ever, Ian rocks and obviously loves his job and people. Great job!!!

Ian is the man. He spent a lot of time helping me out the other day with my New Nintendo DS. I had to transfer all of my things from my old DS.
The process was really long and frustrating, but Ian was there every step of the way and he didn’t get frustrated. Really nice guy gamestop is lucky have him!

First off, they customer service is fantastic. Every one of the employees I met with were informative, and friendly. Above all their’s Mark. I believe that’s his name. We had an issue with the Xbox preowned that came. In fact two issues with two separate issues, both of which couldn’t have been for seen by them. It just happens. Mark was both patient, and kind dealing with it despite not being to answer the problem. It was a strange issue that was due to some deliquent account on the Xbox that couldn’t be removed. Xbox themselves stated that there was nothing that could be done. They replaced the Xbox, both times, and they were apologetic for it despite having done nothing wrong. I moved away from this store, and there is one closer, but I will still be going their when I get to buying more stuff. They just know how to make the customer feel comfortable, and secure knowing they are eager to help, and that there is no such thing as a stupid question. Thank you Mark, and company!!! This Xbox, three’s a charm, is working well. *fingers crossed*

I’ve been gaming for as long as I can remember. That means thousands of dollars spent on games consoles and accessories. I’ve been to every gamestop in a 15 mile radius. This is the only one I enjoy going to now. Staff is great. The manager is by far the most customer service oriented manager I have ever come across. I would highly recommend this store. A heads up though the parking can be rough but you won’t be disappointed.

Man I’ve been coming here for awhile now. The staff is great, very friendly and they have good information about their product. I mostly come here for the pre lanch for the new games, and systems. they get you in and out really quick.

Cheap old school Xbox and Wii games are the reason we come here. Fixed an old xbox watching youtube and can now play old school HALO!

This place has Great service
Small parking lot though so be wearily of that.
Good layout in store.
I went in to get a free gift visa DS Mystery gift and they helped me right away. I also ended up buying a strategy guide.
I’ve been to numerous gamestops and this was is definitely at the top of my list of ones to go to.

I’ve been to the other GameStop locations around the valley, and I would typically drive out to the one in the empire center in Burbank. Mainly because I knew it was there, and I’ve been going there for years. I just liked the staff, and they seem knowledgable.
I wanted to know which gaming headset to get, and asked about them earlier in the night before picking up a midnight release game at the empire center location. I ended up not picking it up that night, but finally decided to take the plunge.
I didn’t feel like fighting traffic out there, so I thought I’d give this one a shot… Much like Starbucks, each location has a different temperament and experience (due to the employees at a given store).
AM I GLAD I DID! Nop helped me out, and he is GREAT! and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various models, not just show me products. It turns out I would’ve gotten the wrong headset if I had picked one up with the game.

I love this GameStop, the staff is really polite and helpful, they pretty much always have any game you would look for.
The one tiny minus is the parking, this GameStop is located in a tiny plaza which is always packed, but I never found it impossible to get a parking space!

I really like coming to this gamestop, the guys working here are really nice and helpful. I like the lay out of the store, it is easy to find what you are looking for.

I don’t buy games very often but this Gamestop was the closest store that had a midnight release for Halo 4. The staff was organized, friendly, and helpful. Of course they’ll try to push you into buying extra stuff, although they didn’t ask about warranty this time. But that’s expected at any Gamestop.
There is very little parking though. So if you’re going for a popular release you might have to come early, car pool, or park near by on the street or in the McDonald’s next door.

Cool place my kids love it, and they never didn’t have anything that the boys didn’t want.

This lil store packs a BIG punch. They have a huge selection of video games… as well as other video game related products for sale here.
I was looking for an extra PS2 controller… and they had a used one for $ 14.99. It was in perfect condition.
Also, I was looking at the PSP games & movies while I was there… I bought a PSP game (Death Jr. II) for $ 12.99
Nice staff… and very helpful. Greets you and asks if you need help. Will look up new & used prices for you in the computer.
I will be back to look for games in a couple of months when the prices go down a bit for a few titles that I want
