Very negative experience. I was looking to get a space from these people for my office at 6741 van Nuys Blvd. This guy Matt is a ripoff. The ads and measurements of property are inaccurate. I looked at two spaces and both were much smaller than advertised. the one that was supposed to be 450sft was 259.6 sft. The guy says they factor in 25% of the unit to cover utilities and that it is common practice.?Really Well even after adding the 25% to the unit the unit was still 125.5 feet smaller and the AC did not work. When I asked Matt about it he said it is what it is take it or leave it. The staff he has working for him were nice people but that was about the only positive. Renters beware you will get scammed. I talked to some of the business owners in the property and they have issues with their AC not working properly and there are weirdos everywhere. I was there daytime and saw them. Also the entire building smells like marijuana. This guy is charging big money for a worn out property. Please bring a measuring tape with you and be very weary of this business. You have been warned. I hope his tenants file a lawsuit against this douche bag. The two reviews here on Unilocal are obviously not real.
